Five started walking backward and forward in front of the screen as he scratched the back of his head in frustration.
"Of course Dad would be involved in the assassination. I should've know" Diego said "No, you're jumping to conclusions" Five said "What else is he doing standing on the grassy knoll, holding an open black umbrella on a sunny day in Dallas the exact same moment the president get shot?" Diego shouted, walking closer to Five before he pointed at the screen "It doesn't look good, I admit" Five said and Diego calmed down a bit.
"No, he's the signalman for the whole goddam thing" he said "Diego, you are jumping to conclusions too fast" Zach said "No, it makes sense. This is what Hazel was obviously trying to tell you. We have to stop Dad from killing the president" he said "Easy, Diego. Seriously" Five said, looking at Diego.
"Maybe it's a coincidence that he is there" Natasha said as she was holding Luna who was holding a little stuff penguin that Five has giving her.
"Nothing with Reginald is a coincidence. Of course he is the one behind president's murder" Diego said "Zach and I have never met Reginald and from what Five told us about him, he is not the nicest man in the world" Natasha said "But he don't sound evil enough to kill the president" Zach said "Beside your shouting it's getting anywhere" Natasha said "Nat and Zach is right okay" Five said "They have not met him, we grew up with him, so he is capable of this" Diego said.
"Diego, calm down, all right? Dad was no Boy Scout, but presidential assassination? It's never been his thing" Five said "How would you know? You skipped out on his golden years" Diego said "Shipped out?" Five asked while looking at him "You did not just said that" Zach and Natasha said.
"You think I had it easy, Diego" Five as he took some steps closer to him. "I was alone for 25 year" Five snapped at him and silence filled the room.
Natasha and Zach looked at Five with a sad look, even so Natasha haven't being through the same Five have being through, she knew that the apocalypse wasn't a pretty sight and then being alone for 25 years without anyone by your side and be the last person alive on the planet, not a single soul in the whole world. It can mess with your head. You will have scars and Trauma for the rest of your life, not to mention the PTSD that it had given Five.
Both Natasha and Five had to grow up and act like adults at a very young age.
Natasha had to grow up at the age of 13 when she lost her parents and she had to act like an adult at the age of 19 when she joined The Commission to survive. And Five had to grow up at the age 13 when he got stuck in the apocalypse and he was only a kid when he saw his family's dead bodies.
Natasha and Five were just children that was forced to grow up.
Natasha had being by the Commission for 38 years, surrounding by people. But the first 20 years she have felt lonely even so she was not alone and was surrered by people, she felt lonely.
