Five woke up to see Luther sitting in front of him on a chair "Good you are awake" he said and Five scanned the room "Where is Zach?" he asked "He is in the other room watching a fight" Luther said "Where is Nat?" Five asked worried "She is sleeping behind you" Luther said and pointed on someone behind him.
Five turned his body around and breathe out in relief when he saw his girlfriend laying asleep peacefully with her back facing the wall.
While staring at Natasha with loving eyes, he lifted his hand before he removed a piece of her hair away from her face, he then leaned down before he lay a kiss on her cheek.
Five knew that because of the things Natasha have being through, she have it with not letting her guards down. She almost never sleep more than three hours a day and when she do sleep, she always sleep with one eye opened, ready to jump in action. But it was like here she was sleeping peacefully.
He remember that when Zach was born, both him and Natasha slept in the nursery for a time being to make sure that nothing happen to their son.
Five let out a smile, she look so beautiful, even when she was asleep.
He just kept staring at her while she was sleeping, he lifted his arm before he moved it closer to her and removed a piece of her hair away from her face, before he stroke his finger down her cheek. He was glad that he had her and she was by his side. He don't know what he will do if he lost her, she mean too much to him. He will lose his mind if she died. She kept him going. She kept his humanity alive just like he did to her. He needs her and he could feel it.
Five smiled and he put his hand on her cheek before stroking his thumb up and down on her cheek slowly and carefully, so he didn't woke her up.
"You love her?" Luther asked "Yes" Five replied "Why?" Luther asked "Because with her, I've experienced true love. Now I know what it's like to have someone I want to spend the rest of my life with. She loved me through my fears, mistake, scars, my questions and uncertainties. She's will be the one I'll wake up to for the rest of my life. And I'll wake up with a smile on my face and her cheeks on my lips. She and our son are the best things that have ever happen to me" Five said.
"You really love her" Luther said and Five nodded "More than anything. She is my girlfriend, my other half, my world, my happiness, my light, the mother to my child, my everything, I will do anything to protect her and our son. I don't know what I would do if I ever lost them. She has being by my side for 19 years" Five said before he took a deep breath "I thought love was just something idiots thought they felt, but this woman has a hold on my heart that I could not break, even if I wanted to and there have been times that I wanted to, it has been...overwhelming, and humbling...and even painful at times, but I could not stop loving her anymore than I could stop breathing. I am hopelessly...irretrievably in love with her, more than she knows" he said before he looked at Natasha.
