Scara let his keys in the hanger as he took off his shoes. Kazuha peeked his head in the hallway from the kitchen door, happy waving at his husband. The dark haired man waved back as he took out his phone and made his way to the kitchen.
"Welcome back!" Scara rolled his eyes as he sat at the table.
"I was gone for an hour and a half, miss me already, dumbas5?" The gardener boy shrugged as he turned off the gas cooker. "It would've been faster if you drove me there-" Kazuha shook his head.
"You said, and i quote! 'I can go by myself', even if that was a tantrum, who am i to argue with you?" Scara gave him the powdy face. He wasn't wrong, he did said that. "Is ok, i know you have mood swings, you had before too, i don't wanna know how this will escalate in a couple months..." Kazuha placed the plates on the table. "So? Will you tell me how the check up went?" Scara looked smug before taking a bite.
"There are twins" Kazuha choked on his drink.
"Twins?" Scara nodded as he took another bite.
"Two girls" Kazuha's eye widen. "Don't look at me like that, you could've come woth me and find out once with me."
"But i didn't say anythin-" the dark haired man rolled his eyes.
"The surprice and frustration you weren't there is written all over your face, spare me" Kazuha chuckled.
"The sas, will it ever go away?" Scara shook his head as he continued stuffing the food in his mouth.
"Never" the look was not one of annoyment, but rather one of affection mixed with frustartion.
After the meal, the two walked to the living room where Kazuha layed on the couch next to his husband.
"So, how do you want to spend the rest of today?" The man turned to Scara as he shrugged his shoulders.
"I just talked with auntie, Collei and mr Tighnari to meet tomorrow to share the news but for today, i would rather do nothing."
