Scara was in the living room blowing some ballons with Collei and Sandy. The four years old girl was watching Lynette tie the colored ballons. Sucrose was in the kitchen preparing some drinks with her tetratanic sweet flower and some mint. Daisuke was checking the present for his friends, excited.
Kazuha looked around the house for Lyney. The man knew his daughter was excited about her and her twin sister's ten years old anniversary. He walked pass the twins' room when he heard Lyney's mumble.
"Lyney, what are you do- LYNEY!" He blinked a couple times. The kid was staring back at him with a pair of scissors in her hair and a couple strains of hair on the floor. Kazuha close the door walking in. Lyney looked in down.
"Sorry..." the freckled man kneeled and started gathering the hair on the ground as fast as he could. "I just wanted to make you a surprise..." Lyney took the scissors off her hair. Kazuha took look. Her red string and side braid were not touched.
"At least your mom won't rip my head off... maybe just knock me unconscious with his shoe..." he said as he took the pair of scissors from his daughters hand and examined her hair. It seemed a nice cut, it seemed messy but didn't look too strange.
"I am sorry... i just don't like that my long hair gets in my face and i simply didn't... feel like i liked it at all..." Kazuha looked surprised and hugged him.
"Oh dear,... you could've told us, we would've gotten it, yeah, your mom jokes around she won't let you have it cut but she is just liking to play with your hair as he does with mine, wasn't a real fact, i got mine short two years ago if you remember." Lyney sigh.
"I do... will mom be mad?" The man puffed.
"At me, not you, i shall prepare for a rough night-" he cut off his sentence as he heard a knock at the door.
"Lyney! The birthday cake is ready, come o-... what happened to your ha-" Scara walked in and froze seeing the short hair of his child. He looked at Kazuha, his look nearly buring his husband's skin.
"Heheh... last minute arrangements- but we should go! I promise i will explain later my lovely midnight breeze!" He said as he rushed after his daughter in the living room with the rest of the quests.
"Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday Lyney and Lynette! Happy birthday to you!" All sang in sincron as the twins took their seat and blowed the candles at the final part of the song as they clapped.
Sandy clappes from Collei's arms as Daisuke handed each of the twins a tiny present bag.
"I made something for you!" Lyney and Lynette took the bags from the boy smiling excitedly.
"Thank you!" Lyney said sitting on the chair and opening it whilst Lynette nodded, the tail wagging giving her excitement away as she sat on the chair near her sister's. "Those are handmade TCG cards of us!" Daisuke snikered.
"They even have the action, constrlation and rule cards!" Lynette took hers and looked at the drawings, smiling warmly.
"They are so cool!" Lyney looked at each in detail and now was reading his cards notes. He stumbled upon a part he couldn't understand. "Magical Parade?" Daisuke nodded.
"You turn into you always wanted to be: A cat!"
