I miss you, a lot. It's been hard since you passed away, and it's even harder to accept it. Your brother isn't performing as well in combat or patrols, so everyone else is worried. Even Shinazugawa, so that's shocking. Kanroji, Kocho, and I are...coping. I guess. Kanroji has been lacking optimism, same with Kocho. It's obvious, to me at least. Uzui and Gyomei see it too. We all miss you a whole lot.

We gained the information that Rengoku has died. It's a shame, he was a wise Hashira. Not like Gyomei, but still wise. I hope you can see him up there, and Kanroji said if I visit you in your grave I should say hello for her. It seems that she doesn't have the mental strength to visit you yet, so she's asking me to do it for her. Giyu doesn't have the capability to do so either, so I will just say a hello for everyone.
