"Is Lalisa a Korean name?" Seokjin asked as he drove the newly formed band back to their apartment.
She shook her head, "I'm Thai. We got here a year or two ago."
"You speak Korean so well. How'd you learn it so fast?" Jimin questioned.
"I've been teaching myself and my siblings since I can remember," She shrugged.
"Why did you guys move from Thailand to Korea?"
"Long story." She simply replied, "My mother is still in Thailand."
"Why didn't she come with you?"
"We're all better off without her. We wanted to leave my dad behind but he threw himself in the back of my truck and came with us." Lisa said.
"So if you're dad wasn't driving, who was?" Yoongi asked.
"I drove."
"YOU DROVE?!" Namjoon exclaimed as he turned around in the front seat, "AREN'T YOU THIRTEEN?!"
"I was only like 10 or 11 when I drove here." She shrugged again.
"That's insane.." Seokjin said sighing.
Jeongguk was watching as she stared out the window, lost in her own head. Meanwhile, he was lost in her eyes, "Your eyes are gorgeous," He breathed out.
She looked at him, "We have the same colored eyes."
"No, no." He shook his head, "Mine are dark brown. Yours are light, mixed with dark. The contrast is so pretty-"
"Jeongguk if you don't stop hitting on her I'm going to hit you," Yoongi admitted.
He just rolled his eyes in response, "Hitting on someone and knowing they're undeniably the most beautiful person to grace this earth are two totally different things, hyung."
Lisa laughed out loud, "You can't be serious."
Jeongguk looked slightly offended, "What?"
" 'The most beautiful person to grace this earth'? I'm a poor chick from the Southside of Seoul and you look like you grew up in a beautiful place like Busan."
Jeongguk sighed, "Well I did-"
"Exactly."
"Where you're from has nothing to do with it." He explained, "You're stunning, how do you not see that?"
"Jeongguk." Seokjin stammered, "For the love of God, please shut the fuck up."
"You're all dicks." He crossed his arms in front of his chest and slumped in his seat.
"It's very nice of you," Lisa said quietly, "To call me that."
"It's very true." Jeongguk replied, "I'll tell you every day til' you believe me."
