As soon as Chan fell asleep BamBam pulled out his phone and called Felix.
"Hello?" picked up the Australian boy.
"I just wanted to tell you that Chan's here with me and he will stay here for now, so don't worry for him" told the Thai boy.
"Oh, I see" hummed the younger, but didn't say anything else.
"Jeongin comes back it two days, please let Chan know" informed Felix.
"Of course. He's sleeping now, but I'll let him know when he wakes up" assured BamBam smiling at the sleeping boy on his laps.
"Do you think he's gonna come back to the dorm before Jeongin comes back from Busan?" asked the younger.
"It's up to him, I don't know" answered truthfully the oldest.
"Seungmin misses him" added Felix, trying to convince the older.
"I'll let him know this too" said BamBam after a moment of hesitation.
"Can I ask you somehing though?" asked BamBam.
"Sure" agreed the Australian boy.
"Chan said that you and him forgot about I.N... what happened?"
Felix sighed before answering.
"We were supposed to go to Busan to spend some time with Innie, but Seungmin couldn't go to his parents' house for... personal reasons, and we stayed here with Seungmin instead of going to Busan. I feel so bad, because we completely forgot about him" explained the younger.
"And what is Seungmin's personal reason, if I can ask?" Of course BamBam knew that the vocalist was a little, Chan had told him countless times, but the Thai boy wanted to know if Felix was a trustworthy person that wouldn't expose his friend's secret easily. And sure enough, the oldest got his answer.
"I'm sorry but it's not my secret, I can't tell you" answered politely but strictly the younger.
"It's ok, thank you anyways. Well, now I gotta go. Bye" exclaimed the oldest before hanging up.
Just then, Chan woke up, whining while rubbing his eyes with his fists.
"Nuh-uh baby, we don't do this" reminded BamBam while holding the little's fists so he wouldn't do it again.
"Bammie" whined the younger.
"Shh, Bammie's here ducky" reassured the caregiver, handing him a pacifier. Chan immediately started to suck on it, quickly calming down.
"I was thinking... maybe Ducky and Bambi can go shopping together later" offered BamBam making it sound super fun and exciting. And it worked.
"'opping?" asked the little with sparkling eyes, words a bit slurred because of the pacifier.
"Yes baby! We can go shopping together and Bammie will get you everything you want" smiled BamBam, wanting to distract his friend from what happened earlier.
"Fishy pwate?" asked the younger, remembering the one that his friends bought for Seungmin when they first discovered he was an age regressor.
"Of course baby, Bammie will get aaaaall the fishy plates you want" promised the caregiver.
"And cookies?"
"Do you want to make cookies or eat cookies baby?" asked BamBam.
"Make!" exclaimed the little excitedly making the older chuckle.
"Ok then baby, what if we get ready?" suggested the Thai boy carrying his friend to his bedroom.
There, the oldest got an oversized hoodie and helped the little change. As soon as they were ready, they went off to the nearest shopping mall.
"Bammie?" called Chan once they arrived at the shopping mall's parking.
"Yes baby?"
"Seungie mad? And Lixxie?" asked the little.
"Seungie misses you baby, but both him and Lixxie just want you safe and happy" promised BamBam taking his little's hand.
"Then we buy toy for Seungie so he is happy? And make cookies for Lixxie?" asked Chan.
"Of course we can baby, what would you like to get for Seungie?"
"Dunno" came the whispered answer.
"It's ok baby, it's totally fine to not know something. You can decide when we get in" promised BamBam, knowing how much the little was sensitive to his own imperfections.
"Not mad?" asked the younger looking at his caregiver.
"Of course I'm not mad baby! As I said before, it's okay to not know something. Now let's go, or everyone will buy the fishy plates and there won't be any left for us" the caregiver was just joking, but Chan widened his eyes and ran towards the entrance still holding BamBam's hand. The oldest was practically dragged by the little, but he just laughed as he was being carried towards the kids' plates section.
"We get fishy plates?" asked politely Chan, starry-eyed at the sight of the kids plate set, which included plastic plates, plastic cutlery and a plastic glass with a straw, all with a light blue stylized fish pattern.
"Such a polite baby, of course we can get it" praised BamBam putting the item in the cart.
"Tell Bammie if you see something else you'd like" reminded the caregiver seeing that his friend was hesitant.
"We get Seungie rattle?" asked the little, pointing to a puppy shaped rattle at the end of the aisle.
"That is so nice of you! Come on, put it in the cart!"
Seeing the older's excitement, Chan also got a bit more energetic. Running towards the toy, the little grabbed it and ran back to his friend, who was just smiling.
"Why you smile?" asked Chan.
"Because you're the cutest and prettiest baby ever" BamBam just laughed when the little got shy and his his face in the younger's chest, whining.
After getting the ingredients for the cookies the two left the mall, walking towards the van that would take them home.
