"So Chan is a little too?" asked hesitantly Jeongin once everyone but the two eldest were gathered in the living room. He didn't have anything against him, but he was still guilty for treating Seungmin badly.
"Seems like it, don't worry though Innie" reassured Seungmin sending a small smile to the younger. The boy had left the room to reach his hyungs once he realized the boy was deep asleep.
"Is that why he was always so understanding towards you... and then after me too" realized Jeongin, feeling stupid for not being able to connect the dots earlier.
"Why are you acting like this story ain't new to you though?" asked Jisung.
Seungmin started to stress out, not knowing what to do. If he told the others, he would've broken the leader's trust, but the members were like family to him, plus they already saw Chan regress so there wasn't any secret he could keep anymore.
"I saw him once" answered the vocalist, but his voice was so low no one really heard him.
"Pardon?"
"I've already seen him regressed before" repeated Seungmin a bit louder than before.
Everyone went silent. So that's why he wasn't really bothered seeing Chan like that. Everything made sense now.
"Well, there's nothing bad with it. I'm sure you just walked in on him by mistake" assured Felix, who tried his best to not be upset at the situation. It was Chan who convinced him it wasn't his fault Seungmin ran away, as if he was new to the age regression concept but wanted his Aussie brother that everything was okay. Felix still remembered the older's words: "This whole adventure made me realise that there are quite some things we could hide from each other, so we should probably work on ourselves to provide a safe space for everyone". At that time Felix was tired and brushed it off, thinking the leader was talking about the two youngest members, but didn't really understand the older was talking about himself too.
"It was when he messed up with Jeongin! I swear I didn't mean to keep it secret! Chan hyung told me to! I promise!" panicked Seungmin.
"Hey it's fine hyung! Breathe" urged Jeongin guiding the older boy's breathe until he was calm again.
"I promise I didn't mean to upset you hyung" cried Seungmin looking at Felix. The boy was horrified. He was upset, but at the situation and certainly not at his dongsaeng. Almost tripping he ran to Seungmin, pulling him into a hug.
"It's fine Minnie, I'm sorry I made you feel like you did something wrong. I was just a little disappointed Chan hyung kept it secret from us, but I'm not mad at you. Promise" rushed out the sunshine. Hearing this calmed down Seungmin significantly, though stray tears still ran down his cheeks occasionally.
"What are we gonna do now? We can't exactly ignore hyung's headspace, even if he wants us to, considering how much he overworks himself his regression is a blessing" objected Jisung. The others nodded, but it was Hyunjin to speak up.
"We'll see when he wakes up. Though I doubt we will have to wait long. He was burning up when I left him" commented Seungmin, making the others frown.
"I didn't notice" muttered Felix, already feeling guilty.
"Oh Lix, it's not your fault" worried Minho, letting the younger cling onto him and patting his head.
"Why didn't you wake him up?" asked Jisung.
"Yeah, we could've given him medicine or something" added Changbin.
"No, he needs sleep, as much as he can get" shook his head Seungmin. The others nodded, knowing it was true.
"So are we just gonna stay here until Chan wakes up cause of the fever?" asked Jeongin, who was willing to do it even if it seemed rather pointless.
"No, you can all do your own things as long as you stay in the dorm, we will need all the help possible once Chan wakes up" decided Minho, dismissing them.
"Can I help you cook?" Minho startled when he heard Jisung's voice.
"Oh, yeah it would be great" Minho smiled and gave instructions to Jisung before grabbing all the ingredients they would need. Together the two made ramen for the group, eating and chatting away, still careful not to make too much noise in order to keep Chan asleep for as long as possible.

This chapter's pretty shitty cause i have an exam tomorrow so I'm pretty stressed but writing helps me destress if yk what i mean
Also the minsung crumb at the end lmao
