Grace knew how things were getting for her. She felt as though she couldn't cope with it all. She had been secretly cutting ever since she had done it with the knife.

No one knew. She knew that if they were to find out, then they would think she needed help. And she didn't. She was perfectly fine. Or so she thought.

She had been struggling so much with what Keegan had done. He had given her false promises. And he cheated on her. She knew that Jack was happy they were over as he didn't want his daughter with Keegan Baker.

Grace had relied a lot on Charlee lately. She had been there for her. She was always trying to distract her from thinking about Keegan. And it had worked.

She knew Charlee wasn't her mum. But she was thankful she had someone to talk to. To confide in with how she felt. She couldn't talk to her family as they would judge her.  And think she had lost her mind.

All she knew was that her life had been flipped upside down. And she didn't want it to be that way anymore. She just wanted things to be okay again.

Morning came and she was sitting in bed. She had been tossing and turning most of the night. The door opened and Jack walked in. He sighed as he looked to his daughter. "Come on darling. It's time for you to get up."

"I haven't been to sleep. Too much going on in my mind," Grace mumbled. She looked to her dad. "Why did it have to be me? Why did he have to cheat on me?"

Jack sat on the bed and sighed. He took her hand. "You didn't deserve it. You were too good for him. He's scum. And if he can break your heart like that, you are worth more much more," he told
her.

Grace cuddled into him. She sighed. "Part of me still loves him. And that I want to give him a second chance. But physically, I can't. It hurts too much," she said.

Jack knew he wanted to kill Keegan for what he had done his daughter. But he knew Grace didn't need that. She needed him to be there and support her.

Grace was sitting in the square. She hadn't gone to school knowing she didn't want to see Keegan there. She couldn't bear to look at him.

She looked up as Zack sat down next to her. He smiled. "You're supposed to be in school aren't you?" He asked.

Grace shrugged. "My dad said I can have the day off. As long as I don't leave the square. I'm having a hard time at the moment," she told him.

Zack smiled. "I heard your boyfriend cheated on you. Are you okay?" He asked.

Grace nodded. "I'm okay. Taking it one day at a time."

Grace walked back into the house. She looked to Charlee and her dad who were in the kitchen. "Oh hey babes are you okay?" Charlee asked.

Grace shook her head. "I saw Keegan. He was with Tiffany. My own cousin. And he... he cheated on me with her," she sobbed as she broke down crying.

Jack held his daughter close. But he had no idea how she was about to find herself going through some hard battles with her mental health.
