I'm fight a man!

The sunlight wakes up the girl curled up in the cell. She couldn't sleep at all that night, and as soon as she felt her body relaxed and her eyes closing, sleep finally taking hold of her, the day brutally woke her up.

After being almost arrested, Kai ran away ready to get back to her crew. She couldn't stand being away from the sea anymore, she couldn't stand him anymore.

Zoro.

She absolutely had to leave and forget him, like she had done a long time ago.

They met not even a day ago and her persona had already softened.

Trying to get away from the office as quickly as possible she accidentally ended up in the inner yard, but the girl realized she could reach the exit more easily from that position.

Without having time to set her foot outside the Marine base a large crow attacked her.

Trying to take over the bird, the crow flew away within a few minutes. A dirty but carefully rolled parchment had appeared in front of her feet, dropped by the black bird.
The letter was closed by her father's wax seal.

After reading the letter Kai realized she had made quite a big mess.

Burning Man informed us that you will not
continue to be the captain of this crew.
The Captain commanded us to ship for the seas without
you or the other crew member who accompanied her.
He didn't give us more information, just a message for you.

He had ordered the girl to be abandoned on the island. Axe-hand must have informed him about the latest course of events.

This, this was the father's punishment.
This was the only way he knew how to discipline his little girl.

So Kai had been forced to find a place to sleep, and wandering around the base, with an emotionless face but a lot of fear and delusion in her, she ended up in the empty prison.
The girl decided that would have been the best place.

But she couldn't sleep.

The prison overlooks the inner courtyard and the window of her cell was big enough to bring in the minimum light needed to wake her up.

The girl gets up, her back sore, her head heavy. It's pretty early and there aren't many Marines around.

After checking to have everything (she didn't have much) she gets up and leaves the cell, sure she wouldn't have any other unpleasant encounters.

The letter is skillfully hidden under her clothes, pressing on her heart. In her mind, there is only a hurtful phrase.

At that moment some voices reach Kai, and she hears dangerous steps coming towards her.
