To the dismay of the sky gods
Who envied his power
Glory to the mortal warrior
Who was made by the one eyes
For a cow takes to being a man
A native son of Crete
Prince of the beaches
Defending his island to the death
Under the heat of a burning fire
He conquers all foes but one
A war lost for a worthy legacy
The uncontrollable will of the spirit
Armies fell before his grandeur
Curiosity killed the foolish
A man beneath the machine
A single tear of heartbreak
