Parents of Abhishek and Siddharth. Did love marriage. Apurva was from Maharashtra while Shashank was from Uttar Pradesh. Married each other against their parent's will. Were living separately with children in Mumbai. Loved both the children equally. Died in a car accident.
Aditya Patil and Akshara Patil(Apurva's Parents) Loves Apurva a lot. Were against Apurva and Shashank's marriage. Hate Shashank and his family because they are not from Maharashtra. After Apurva and Shashank's death, took Abhishek with them because he resembled Apurva. Hate Siddharth a bit because he resembles Shashank. Never let Abhishek remember about his twin and father.
