The harsh air hits my skin as I gallop through the TriKru wood, I have no time to get to TonDC and warn the people of the missals heading there way, Lexa there and my people, I sent Echo in my place for the meeting as I was helping in the Skaikru camp.
When I was in the camp Bellamy said about a missals heading straight to the meeting in TonDC and I left immediately to try and save my people and the Commander.
The meeting doesn't start for another hour and I'm a good hour and half ride away, I push my horse to her extreme, pushing a full gallop on the uneven ground, the trees whip past at a speed I haven't ridden at since I last raced Roan a few years ago.
The gate of TonDC are close, and I can't imagine how I've made it this fast with nothing but minutes to spare my poor horse dripping with a sweat from the speed she been ridden at.
I can hear the sound of people thr other side of the gate.
"Open the gates" I hear from a warrior stood on the wall and the large metal gate begin to open
I ride and jump of my horse, throwing the reins at a stable hand and heading straight for the Commander tent.
"Clarke?" Lexa says confused and I barge in, Anya and Octavia stood at her side look equally confused.
"We need to speak now!" I say strongly
Before I even get chance to move there, a huge bang and I feel my body fly through the air, my back smashed against the ground and everything goes fuzzy I look up to see the whole building around me on the ground ruble filling the space, I try to look around and see what going on but all I see is fire filling the camp, my eye sight going in and out if focus and before I know it I'm dragged under to a dark unconsciousness.
**Third person**
Smoke fill what remains of the TonDC village, crys if pain fill the air and what once was a beautiful village is nothing but ruins, fire fills the space and building are collapse, anyone who move to far is shot at by what can only be assumed to be a mountain man.
Octavia is the first to come around there trapped under the building that collapse on top of the 4 power full leader, her first move is to check the Commander whom only seem tk have a few bumps on her and nothing serious. She wake the unconscious Commander and the young leader grouns.
"Mountain men" she growls lowly as she touches the back of her head, retracting her hand from the sting she see the black blood coating her fingers.
The sound of shots being fired fill the air and they can do nothing but try to stay low and check on Clake and Anya, Both women wake aching and wanting to get out of this falling rouble. Clarke, Lexa and the others mange to sneak out of rouble and head for the wood when the shooter was shooting at the village.
Once out of sight, they could see the damage caused, the once mighty village now nothing but ruins and rouble, they could see the amount of body's and injuries left in the missals wake.
**Clarkes POV**
The pounding in my head was silenced as we look back at the village, it was covered in rouble and was nothing but ruins left, blood coving the dirt and bodies littering the ground.
Nothing but the sound of bullets flying through the air can be heard.
"We have to kill them" I growl lowly looking back at Lexa who's covered in dirt and dried black blood. She nod and we head toward the mounting. The shots grow louder as we get closer to the shooter.
We can see him from a distance the men lead in a bush shooting at what remains of TonDC. I step forward when a branch snaps under foot and before I just chance to breath a shoot I'd fired, I drop to the ground and we all disburt, I see Lexa heading straight for the mounting men so I move and heading in the opposite direction to get his attention back on me, shoots keep coming, when I see him stood behind the men shooting my way.
I see Roan stood with a knife in hid hand and with one swift movement, he drives the blade into the head of the man shooting at me, I stand still watch as Lexa approachs the body and the giant man.
I'm riddled by guilt as we head back to TonDC, the people are being dug out the ruins, warriors, children and everyone in between have been injured and kill a mix of people from all clans have been killed, Skaikru, Azgade evenone who was here have been injured in some way, we've lost hundreds of men to the mounting and the war hasn't even begun.
Everyone eye turn to us and a chant of "Heda" fills the camp.
Lexa raises her hand to silence the crowd, all eye are on the young Commander. "What happened here will not stand!" She growls lows the anger obvious in her tone. "The mounting will fall" she roars. "The dead will be averaged!" The crowd roars with approval.
"There are people trapped under the rouble, we can here them" Abby of the sky people shouts. "We need your help to save them" she speaks to the crowd and with a swift nod from Lexa they all set off to help dig the people out.
"With all our people working together we are going to win this war Clarke" she say looking at me with hurt eyes, we look over the village of ruins and see the damage as the clans work together to pull people from the ruins.
Once we pulled everyone from the ruins we head out making our way closer to the mounting, ready to start and finish this war once and for all.
