chapter 14

Raven's PoV -

I see the Chancellor, the mam who raised me and I try my hardest to rush to him but with my leg I don't move very fast, once we met I'm wrapped in an bone crushing huge one which I gladly return having not hugged him in so long.

"Raven, look at you" he grins widely and then I see Abby who also hugs me.

"Where is everyone I expected to see them" The Chancellor ask look around only seeing Bell and Murphy with me.

"Sir the mounting men took them, that why we need your help, the grounders needs your help" Bellamy says kinda dramatic but very much true.

"Then let's make a plan, however first we need to find out what ships made it and what ships didn't" I slightly roll my eyes but understand.

I look around at the ship and there's about 150 people if not more that look good and healthy a couple with miner injuries but zero fatalities. Good.
We spend the day organising searches for nearby land sights and so far we have a total of 400 people but we haven't been able to find the farming station with the kids and farmers.

"Chancellor we need to speak about the grounders and what need to happen" he raises a brow at me but nods him head and urges me to speak again as we walk.

"On the ground there a leader, she's called the Commander and she runs everything, she makes the law and she can destroy us" he looks at me a bit like he doesn't believe me, "Trust me she hold that kinda power" he nod

"Okay so what does that mean for us?" He asks suspiciously looking around.

"It mean we meet with her tomorrow to discuss peace and getting back our people" I take a deep breath and the Chancellor just nod taking a moment the think and process the information I've just given him.

"Okay" he pauses "Let discuss peace" he says nodding his head and I just let out a breath glad he didn't try to fight me on this.

We take a seat in whats left if the Ark please are setting up and making it suitable to live in as we speak. Jake look at me from across the table anxious to find out more about the Commander.

"Okay let's talk about the Commander" I start and Jake nods his head with a small smile. "She basically the chancellor of the ground but in my opinion she hold more power, she doesn't have to hold debates and she make the rule she was chosen pretty much from birth and could kill you with thr flick of her wrist!" I enthusiasts how much power the Commander has as too keep Jake from trying anything.
"Tge ground is made up of Clans 12 of them. The Queen of Azgada I'd currently working alongside the Commander to make decisions about the mounting and she's equally cold and collected" I take a breath and Jake looks at me with slight fear. "Put it this was I've never seen any of the grounders show a single emotion there all cold"

He looks to be think about it but then takes a deep breath.

"Okay son were on there plant and if we don't follow there rules we won't be and they have the power to kill us in second" he runs a stressed hand through his hair.

"There another thing" I say hesitatly not sure I'd I should tell Jim about Octavia or not but I decided along with Bell and Murphy on the way here we should tell him.

"There's a girl here" I pause that's not the right word to describe her "she a warriors" ibsay thinking about the blue eyed brunette warriors. "She says she came from the Ark" Jakes face light up with joy. "Her names Octavia u believe she related to Bellamy Blake?"

"Oh my god Aroura will be so happy to here Octavia alive!" Jake suddenly says with the widest smile. "Did you she mention any one else possible a sister being with her?" He asks curiously and I shake my head. The warriors never mentioned having a sister.

"Okay" he sounds disappointed at that but weakly smiles at me anyway.

"We should rest, trust me you want a full night sleep before meeting the Commander and Ice Queen" I nervously chuckle and Jake does the same before leaving me.

I just pray to what ever God Is up there that this meeting goes well. After losing Finn I can't lose anyone else definitely not Jake and Abby they raised me after I lost my mum and they lost Clarke there daughter.
