The kiss of a leaf
on my cheek
awakens me,
from my somber thoughts
My eyes rise from the ground
like the rising sun
Under the pink,soft leaves
of the cherry blossom tree
Salty raindrops trickle down my face
,as memories of us, storm my mind.
Our hands intertwined for eternity,
as we danced to the beat of our hearts
Your meaningful touch,
the cure to all my sorrows
Your tender kisses,
the reason for life
Your sweet words,
my favourite melody
Forever, I will be your star
and you will be my moon.
