Freya stood frozen, looking at the body of Alex. She was sure something happened when she died, but she couldn't pinpoint what. All she felt was a gush of magic come off the human, nothing indicating that a spell stopped at the moment of her death, and the only proof Freya had was a broken bead in the bracelet Bonnie had given her.

She took the peculiar ring off of Alex's index finger and studied it. It reminded her of a family ring. She could use this for a locator spell in case anything happens.

"Tyler has gone to fetch his alpha," Hayley said. Coming into the house, Freya turned to give her attention, and she frowned at the idea of her letting Tyler go. Freya wanted him dead for the way she hurt Hayley while pregnant. We all have rules as supernatural beings, and he broke them.

"What are you going to do about him?" Freya asked, and Hayley gave her a dark smile.
"It's not something you guys would do, but I'm a little curious to see how it goes," Hayley answered.

Freya rolled her eyes.
"Don't get like Nik now; I hate vague statements," Freya said.

"Are you okay?" Hayley asked instead.

"Yes, I didn't use my magic at all." Freya answered, annoyed, and gave Hayley a look that caused her to roll her eyes.

"I swear you Mikealsons are all the same," Hayley said. "I want to strip Tyler of his wolf powers; if he wanted to be a wolf, he should have stayed a hybrid." She shrugged

"Plus, it helps that it's a huge part of his identity now." Hayley smiled.

"That he kept from his girlfriend," Freya said, looking at Alex's dead body. Hayley nodded

"Tyler could never trust his wolf side fully, so any warning signs he would have ignored." Hayley droned.
"What do we do with her body?" Freya asked. Should they leave it somewhere for her family to find or bury it in an unmarked grave?

"Do we want the war to come to us?" Hayley debated. Freya touched the broken bead on her bracelet. It's already here; I brought it straight to Bonnie. I hope she can forgive me.

"Where is her family?" Hayley sighed.

"I saw an old building that was in good condition and also a wicker bridge," Freya answered. Hayley immediately groaned.

"Of course it's that town; what draws all the supernatural to such a boring town?" Hayley asked herself. Freya guessed it was Mystic Falls from Hayley's response.

"I'll deal with the alpha while you deal with the spell for the boy," Hayley said when she heard a truck pull over to the house. Freya nodded.

Tyler woke up to the feel of cold earth on his bare ass. He sprung up and looked around to see where he was; all he could see was the silhouette of trees in the pitch blackness. He knew it was night because all he heard was crickets. He looked at himself and realised he was completely naked. Was this all Hayley was doing? With Mikealson on her side, he thought she would wake him up in a dungeon or slaughter his whole pack.

He was glad that he was wrong. He started to walk but bumped into an invisible wall. His heart rate sped up; he was sure Hayley was somewhere listening and watching. What is she going to do? He remembered hearing her pack live as wolves during the day and, on the full moon, turn human. They nearly went extinct was her plan for his pack. In a state like this, they would all die within the month if she planned to turn her whole pack. No, they have to be here.

Tyler relaxed a bit, though he could basically hear his heartbeat. He remembered the thrill of being a hybrid. He tried to calm his heart, but he couldn't. He suddenly felt his senses heightened, like someone was him—many someone. He looked around for signs of a person but saw nothing; it was too dark for his eyes to see suddenly. He felt overwhelmed, like light shone in his eyes, and he heard someone step out of the shadows. He looked in that direction but saw nothing. He heard more people coming around him. He couldn't see them, but she recognised their scents; they were his neighbours. Did Hayley compel them?
