Something Isn't Right - Chapter 15

Lilly's POV:

It's been a week since I got grounded. I've been feeling a bit off lately. I've been puking every day. I don't tell my mom because she's gonna think I'm pregnant. I really really hope I'm not.
"Lily!" My mom calls from downstairs.
"Yes?" I say.
"Dinner." She said.
I slowly get up and walk downstairs. Noah and Abbey know what happened. Everyone was staring at me. My mom hands me a plate of food.
"Hurry up and get back in your room." My dad said.
"This isn't fair." I said slowly. I automatically regretted it. My dad will now make some huge speech about fairness.
"What you did to us wasn't fair, Lily. You know, life isn't fair. We don't always get our way. You made the bad choice so now you are getting punished. That's fair enough." He said. He slammed his fork down and walked outside.
"JOSHUA!" My mom yelled.
Everybody is upset.
All. Because. Of. Me.
I feel like I ruined our family. I look out the window and I see my parents fighting.
"Nice going Lily!" Abbey screams. "They're fighting because of you." She said. Noah stays silent. I finished my food quickly and ran upstairs. I don't want to be around them because I know they hate me and honestly I hate me too. I get in bed and cry. I couldn't get the thought out of my head that I'm breaking the family apart. Maybe if I just stop existing everything will get better. I hear someone coming upstairs. The next thing I hear is a door slamming.
All. Because. Of. Me.

Colleens POV:

"JOSHUA GOD DAMMIT!" I yell.
He just screams a bunch of swear words. Barely making any sense. He's slamming things and breaking things. He was about to break the family portrait. I grab his arm and try to pull him back. "COLLEEN! LET ME GO!!" He screams. "NO! JOSH YOU NEED TO CALM THE FUCK DOWN!" I yell back. He breaks free of my grip because he's much stronger. He grabs the picture and turns to me. I'm a mess. I'm balling like a baby. His face changes when he sees me. He isn't red anymore. He has a twinkle in his eye. He puts the picture down and flops on the bed. He immediately breaks down. "C-C-Colleen I-I'm so s-s-sorry." He gets out. "Josh. You need to calm down. I say as I rub his back. Josh takes a few breaths then sits up. I kissed his forehead then I walk out of the room. The kids look terrified. After I talk to them I go into Lilys room. She's not in her bed. I go into the bathroom. There is pills and blood everywhere. Lily is on the ground looking lifeless. "CALL 9-1-1!!!!" I scream.
