Chapter 18- Happy, Happy, Happy

Lily's POV:

I get out of the hospital today. Adam and I are going to go on a date. I'm really really excited. My mom just finished singing the papers that allow me to leave the hospital. When we get home I start getting ready since it was already 4:00 and Adam was picking me up at 6:00. Once i got out of the shower I got a text from Adam.

A: Hey! Excited for tonight?
L: Very! We haven't had a date in forever.
A: I know! I should probably let you finish getting ready. I'll see you at 6 😘

I put down my phone and dried my hair. I did my makeup and got dressed and then finished my hair. I am so excited! I hear the doorbell and I grab my phone and purse and run downstairs. I open the door and Adam was there with a bouquet of roses. He gave me a kiss and walked in. "I just have to tell my parents that I'm leaving. Hold on" I said and went into my parents room. They were both editing a video. "I'm leaving. Byeeeee." I said. "Be home by 11!" My dad said. I nodded and Adam and I left. We pulled up to this fancy restaurant. Adam looked over at me and I was in tears. Why am I so emotional lately? "Don't cry babe!" Adam said. I looked over at him and kissed him. "Thank you." I said and we walked in. After dinner we sat in his car talking for a bit. We also made out for a bit. He is the best and I can't wait to start a family with him. As we were kissing I got really nauseous. I pulled away. "What's wrong?" Adam said confused. "I don't know...I just got really nauseous all of a sudden. It's been happening a lot lately." I said. "I'm sorry baby." He said. I reached for his hand and closed my eyes for a bit. This really sucks. I hope I'm not sick. I guess I might have fallen asleep because next thing I know we're at my house. "I know you're not feeling well so I thought it was best if you just get a good night sleep." Adam smiled and got out of the car. He came around and opened my door for me. He treats to good. I don't deserve it. He walked me to the door and wrapped his arms around my waist. I put my hands on his face and we kissed very passionately. "I love you Adam." I said. "I love you too Lily. Goodnight sweetheart." He said and gave me a kiss on the cheek. After his car pulled away i walked in the house to see my parents, Noah, and Abbey on the couch. "Hey guys." I said awkwardly knowing that they saw Adam and I kiss on the porch. "Hey lil! How was the date?" My mom asked. "Great! Adam went wayyyyy out of his way and took me to a really really nice restaurant." I said. "Sounds nice. Did you do anything else?" My dad asked. "No not really. Just talked in the car for a while." I said. "Yeah, talked..." Noah said sarcastically. "Oh shut up" I said jokingly. He laughed and I went upstairs. I immediately fell asleep.

Josh's POV:

I really don't like lily seeing Adam but if it makes her happy I can deal with it. I'm just afraid she is going to end up pregnant or something. I don't want her to ruin her life by getting pregnant this young. Colleen thinks I'm paranoid. I think she's right but I just can't get the thought out of my head...
