I love you - Chapter 11

Lily's POV:

Today is Adam and I's 4th anniversary. He is taking me out to dinner at a nice restaurant. I am getting dressed now. My mom took me to get a fancy dress and I am in love with it. I curl my hair and do my makeup. I put on some heels and I walk downstairs. I see Adam on the couch and he is looking up at me. "Oh my god." He said. I smiled and laughed at him. "Do I look alright?" I said jokingly. He grabbed my face and kissed me. My dad awkwardly coughed. I forgot he was in the room. I gave my mom and dad a hug and then we left. When we got in the car Adam was staring at me. He was smiling and his eyes were sparkling. For some reason I felt shy. I tucked my hair behind my ear and smiled at him. "What?" I asked him. "You just look so gorgeous and it's hard to believe that I'm with such an amazing girl." He said as he started pulling out of the driveway. I didn't know how to react to this. "I love you so much." I said. "I love you more!" He laughed. We went back and forth about who loved each other more. Eventually we settled on a tie. We pulled into this fancy restaurant and I felt out of place. "Adam! You didn't have to do this!" I said quietly as we walked in. He smiled at me and gave me a kiss. We got seated and as I was looking at the menu I felt so confused. I didn't know what any of these things were. Adam could tell I was confused. He was laughing at me. "I've never been to a fancy restaurant." I said. "You look amazing and you look like you belong." He said. "Yeah right!" I said in a Miranda voice. I felt like the other people were staring at us because we were two 16 year olds in this fancy, up-tight restaurant. After dinner we drove to my house. He walked me up to my doorstep. "God I feel like this is the first date all over again!" I laughed. He was laughing too. "I love you more than anything. I really wish we weren't teenagers because I would marry you in heartbeat." He said. "I love you too. Thank you for making this a great night baby." I said. Adam put his arms around my waist and I put mine around his neck. We kissed passionately for 3 minutes straight. He brushed my hair out of my face. "Goodnight Lily Pad. I love you." Adam said. "Goodnight Adam. I love you more." I said. We kissed one more time and then he left. I walked in and flopped down on the couch. My mom walked out of the kitchen. "How was your date?" She asked. "Best. Night. Ever." I said. "Glad you had fun!" She said as she sat next to me. "Mom, how did I end up with such an amazing guy?" I asked. "Honey I feel the same way about your dad. I have no idea how I ended up with him. I don't deserve him." She said. I gave her a hug and went upstairs I ended up passing out in my dress.

The next morning....

My mom and dad were getting ready to leave for her 1 week long tour. Abbey was going with them but I wanted to stay home. Noah had plans with his friends. "Colleen! Abbey! Let's go!" My dad yelled, "Joshua hold on!" My mom shouted back. Abbey came running down the steps with her bags. "Abbey sweetheart be careful!" My mom said as she was slowly walking down the steps. We said goodbye and they left. Noah took off and I watched Netflix. I got a text from Adam.

A- Hey baby ❤️
L- Hey 😘
A- Wyd?
L- Netflix. What about you?
A- Nothing. I'm bored.
L- Same. Do you want to come over.
A- Sure but aren't your parents out of town?
L- Yeah but they said it's fine!
A- Okay. See you in a few. 💘

I put down my phone and got dressed. Even though I've been with him for 4 years I still wanna be presentable. I did my makeup and put my hair in a bun. I heard a knock on the door and ran downstairs. I opened it and it was Adam. "You don't have to knock!" I said. He gave me a kiss and walked in. "I know. It just feels funny to walk in without knocking." He laughed. "What about when we're married and have our own house will you knock then?" I said teasing him. "Obviously!" He said in a sassy voice. We laughed for awhile and then we found a romantic movie on Netflix. Halfway during the movie we were in a full on make out session. We were breathing heavily and I knew exactly where this was going. During the 4 years that we have been together we haven't done anything like that. We were trying to save ourselves until after high school. For some reason after I realized what was gonna happen I didn't stop it. We locked eyes. He knew what was happening also. But we didn't stop. Our shirts were off know. This is all going so fast. I was straddling him. We took off our pants and it happened. We had the covers on over us and we were both breathing heavily. "What just happened?" I said out of breath. "I don't know babe." He said.

A/n- I keep on saying that I will update more but I don't. I'm really sorry but school has really been stressing me out lately. I hope you guys can forgive me! Love you!
