—The rules we acquiesce have been broken.

There's no 'if' and the game of hide and seek was long over.

I know our story is ending...

And I ponder over what you said.

"We don't have to make a choice."

I decided to believe you.

Afterall, anxiety leads to blind faith.

But...Just how much do we have to try in order to achieve our own happiness?—

Paper plane; chapter 60: "Grave of memories.

Charles put on the red shirt with a big heart on the middle. This lovely and sweet color of red really doesn't suit his demeanor.

However, when he saw his reflection on the mirror, he couldn't help but put on a helpless smile.

He wants to know what kind surprised his Olivia will bring him tomorrow.

Is it a kiss? A hug? Or a sweet yes?

Whatever it is, he likes it all.

After organizing the gift he'd been preparing  since last week, Charles put on his watch.

The gift was wrapped with delicate pink ribbon, with happy birthday pasted on the center of it. It's obvious how the man put a lot of effort and love to make it.

After combing his hair, he put on a fine suit. From the table, above the journal books he collected, lies a little red box. Though little, when his gaze wandered around the area, he showed a dreamy and sweet smile. He strokes it, and he could feel the symbols of love running through his fingers.

A ring.

Mr. Montero and him had a conversation before. Her father asked him if he's serious but the answer is obvious. Perhaps seeing his effort and love to Olivia, the old man raised his chin and said just don't over do it.

And a proposal.

It's a perfect 20th birthday surprised and a gift for a lifetime.

Charles smiled couldn't be hidden anymore, he grinned foolishly.

He was just thinking... His love  would probably look the most beautiful as a bride.

Charles had actually started researching about weddings on Google, and had actually started preparing everything.

He knew Olivia's three sizes by heart, knew her favorite color and knew what kind of flowers she would holding in in her bouquet. He had also told Maecy to catch her bouquet in advance.

That was the momentum of their wedding, how can it be given on someone easily? It had to be displayed in their living room so visitors can easily see it.

He also had visualize their wedding; practice his most brilliant smile on the mirror to show Olivia as she walked down in the aisle. She would surely be in tears and run towards him and tell how handsome he is.

As for their honeymoon... Should they go Paris or Maldives?

The more he thought about it, the more he couldn't help but squeeze the  little red ring box.

He imagine thier future life unfolding in front of him and how he could accompany her to the places she wanted to go. He was too inadequate before, now that he recovered, he would surely make sure to make it up for her.
