Joss spreads his arms wide to block the path of the motorcycle that Wright and Win are riding. The two had just left the party and were on their way home when they got waylaid by Joss who had been waiting inside his vehicle for hours in the parking building.
"Get out of the way, Joss! I wouldn't hesitate running you over," Wright shouted but his voice was muffled by the helmet he was wearing.
"I need to talk to Darwin, please listen to me first," Joss pleaded desperately.
Wright felt Win's gentle tap on his shoulder and he sighed in frustration.
"Will you let me talk with him for a few minutes, Wright?" Win whispered as he clutched Wright's shoulders tightly.
"Are you sure? You don't have to do this, Darwin. You owe this person nothing," Wright spat out bitterly as he turned to look at Win who was seated behind him.
"I know. But I need to do this. I need this closure, Wright," Win explained in a terse tone and Wright sighed as he steadied the motorcycle so Win could disembark safely and watched with a heavy heart as Win removed his helmet. Joss's eyes shone with hope while Wright's heart sank when Win started walking toward Joss.
"Darwin! I promise you wouldn't regret choosing me a—" Joss wasn't able to finish his sentence because a sucker punch from Win hit him squarely in the jaw causing him to stagger backward in shock. From a short distance, Wright almost fell from his seat in surprise at what Win did.
"That is for being a chronic liar," Win seethed before landing another blow to Joss's gut. "That is for being a cheater," Win continued while Wright kicked open the stand to steady the motorcycle before alighting.
"Darwin!" Wright called out after removing his helmet and balancing it on the motorcycle's seat beside Darwin's helmet.
"And this one's for making a fool of Wright!" Win exclaimed before unleashing a wicked uppercut that connected to Joss's jaw and caused him to land on the seat of his pants just in time for Wright to arrive at Win's side.
"Joss could say that you assaulted him, you know how manipulative and scheming he is," Wright said as he wrapped his arms around Win's biceps to prevent him from going after Joss again.
"I don't care! He deserved every punch I threw and more for being such a selfish and despicable person," Win spat out angrily as he tried to struggle against Wright's strong arms but the latter would not budge.
"Win, I only did that because you wouldn't come back to me," Joss whined pathetically as he wiped the blood from the corner of his lips using the back of his hand.
"Why would I come back to you when I have someone like Wright who is more than the man you will ever be?" Win replied sarcastically as Wright tried his best to restrain his lover while looking around for any CCTV that could be present in the area of the parking building they were in at the moment.
"I don't have excess baggage while he has two kids, Darwin!" Joss exclaimed empathically, gesticulating wildly with his hands while sitting on the floor.
"You're about to have a kid of your own, Joss," Win reminded Joss coldly, inwardly berating himself for falling for a man who seems like the devil personified now that he has finally seen through him.
