Would love be enough to survive when a jaded single father falls in love with an outrageously optimistic fresh graduate within the harsh world of the BPO industry?

"Will you be bringing someone to the year-end party, Wright?" Frank asked curiously. He was reunited with Wright when he was reprofiled to the account where Wright was redeployed as part of the WFM. Coincidentally, it was the account where they trained with Win and Drake before the two were terminated.
"I'll ask my partner if he could come, he would love to see all of you again," Wright smiled enigmatically while poking at his steaming siomai.
"He? Again? Do we know this person, Wright?" First asked in between chewing on his lunch. This was one of the rare times he got to eat lunch with his colleagues as their lunch schedules didn't always match.
"I'm putting my bet on Darwin," Frank said with a knowing glint in his eyes especially when he noticed Wright's ears turning pink.
"Why would you think it's Darwin?" Khris asked in an incensed tone, afraid that Frank had offended Wright.
"Yeah, we haven't seen the guy for a long time," Keith seconded as he couldn't imagine a hunky guy like Wright going for pretty boys like Win.
"I just know. I remember how Wright doted on him since day 1," Frank smirked confidently as he took a swig from his transparent tumbler while eyeing Wright who was quietly sipping on his lukewarm coffee in a paper cup.
"But Darwin has a girlfriend!" Mario furrowed his brows in confusion, oblivious as always to anything happening around him even if he was the batch's resident clown.
"How sure are you that it's a girlfriend? He never introduced anyone to us," Frank shot back in a challenging tone as he imagined the look of shock on everyone's faces if Wright showed up with Win at the party.
"I am so disappointed in you, Wright!" Sylvester aka Sylvia sulked as he rolled his eyes in dismay, his long lashes fluttering at the gesture. He never hid his infatuation for Wright but deep inside, he never thought that there was even a slim chance that Wright would swing the other way.
"Why? What did I do?" Wright chuckled amusedly at everyone's reaction to Frank's pronouncements as he tried to ward off Sylvia's mock punches to his shoulder.
"How could you keep a secret like this from us? I thought we were friends," Sylvia pouted miserably as he squeezed at Wright's bicep.
"There's a proper timing for everything, Syl. Don't worry, you will be meeting him soon, hopefully," Wright hastened to add as he is not yet sure if Win would agree to come as the announcement was made just before they took their lunch and he has not talked to Win yet as the latter might still be working at the moment.
I would never force you into something you are not yet ready for but hopefully, you are willing to let the world know of our love.
