PROLOGUE - Marry me

Tomorrow will be Jordan and Georgina's wedding. Every relatives and invited guests are already checked in in one of the finest resort in the country. It will be a Beach wedding and she's the maid of honor.

What do they say about maid of honors? Well, according to minty.com her main responsibilities before the wedding are: plan the bridal shower and the bachelorette party, lead the bridesmaids to collectively assist the bride, help the bride with wedding planning and prepping, and provide her with an ear or shoulder when she needs it.

She did none of those!

Celestine wiped away the tears from her eyes while looking at the wall clock. It's already twelve midnight. Nagpapahinga na ang lahat para sa magaganap na kasal bukas. She's running out of time.

Now is the time...

She knocked at Jordan's suite. Bumukas ito sa pangatlong katok. Obviously, hindi din ito makatulog. He must be very excited for his wedding with Georgina, her older sister.

"Sweetie...what is it?"

He always use that endearment and it pained her even more. And right now, he looked so handsome and so ready for his wedding. Guilt suddenly consumed her, will she really ruin the happiness of this man that she have adored for the longest time? Will she really ruin the life of her beloved sister? But she's already gone under the power curse of the human race--selfishness. She loved Jordan and she vowed to be with him for the rest of her life.

"Jordan, I want to show you my wedding gift..."

He gave her an amused smile. "Can't wait for tomorrow sweetheart?" He pinched her nose "Alright, show me..."

He always do that to her and he has got to stop seeing her like this. Like she is still a little girl.

"I-It's inside Ate Georgina's suite..."

She giggled. "Stop calling them tanders! My parents will soon be your in laws, so you must start calling them mommy and daddy!" She scolded. It is true that her parents will be his in laws not because of Georgina but because of her!

He raised his hands on the air to surrender. "Okay, let's go to your sister's suite then."

"So where's Georgina?" Tanong nito na inikot ang paningin sa buong silid nang makapasok na sila sa loob.

She's so nervous but she made up her mind. Nothing can stop her plan tonight.

"S-She's in the shower..." Tumalikod siya at tinungo ang isang closet.

"Can I join her?" Pilyo nitong tanong.

"Silly!" Binuksan niya ang drawer at inilabas ang isang maliit na box. Pumunta siya sa harap nito.

"Here's my gift...open it."

Binuksan nito ang box and he saw a men's unique titanium silver ring inside. He smiled at her ever so sweetly.

"Wow!" He rasped in amazement. Trully appreciating her gift. "Thank you sweetheart! I like it very much..."

He hugged her. This is Jordan, he always appreciates anything that comes from her. Tears started to fall from her eyes while she's in the arms of the man she loved. Pinakawalan siya nito nang marinig nitong umiiyak siya.
