The Defenders in Remnant Vol.2

CH. 13: Here we go again

*Tron's P.O.V.*

My team and I were at the location where the White Fang would be at. Bot sent out his drones to scan any other threats, and he did find some. Now the reason we are at a White Fang location, is due to our scanners indicating the same energy field that the shards have. We were now near an abandoned warehouse near the forest.

Bot: I'm picking up 4 more bodies in the warehouse.

Rachel: Who do you think that they are?

Bot: Let me check. *Scans for more information* Oh, it looks like team JNPR are in there.

KILLER: Well, time to help them.

Skully: You got that right. *Loads gun* This is bad idea, but I'm all about bad ideas.

Tron: Remember, we'll help JNPR with these fuckers, and we'll then go after the shard. Everyone got that?

The rest nodded, and we all entered the warehouse. Once we entered, we saw a bunch of chaos happening. We just ignored that, and we then helped the team with the White Fang.

Tron: KILLER, you and Skully go help Jaune and Ren. Bot, Nightmare and Rachel go help Pyrrha and Nora with those Grimms.

They understood their duties, and they went to help the others. I went after the shard, but when I was going for it, I got hit by some sort of beam. I saw that it was Adam's sword. He tried to slash at me, but I just dodged his attack, and I brought out my axe.

He tried to hit me again, but I blocked his attack and I headbutted him with my helmet. He staggered a bit, and I dropped kicked him. After our little fight was over, I went straight to the shard. I scanned for it, and I saw that it was in the smallest crates.

Tron: *talks through comms in helmet* Guys, I got my eyes on the shard. Makes sure no one tries to take it.

After telling them, I dodged through many White Fang members and Grimms. I finally made it to the crate, and I got the shard. It sting a little, but I got it nonetheless. I was about store it in one of my gauntlets, when Adam suddenly came out of nowhere and he slashes my arm. He stupidly hit the shard as well, and a huge explosion occurred.

The others took cover from the explosion. I was caught in the explosion, but I made sure Adam did as well. After the explosion, I barely managed to get up, but when I did I saw that the entire warehouse was completely damaged. I looked for the others, and they were alright. I started walking towards them, but I felt a sharp pain in my side.

I collapsed to the ground, and I saw the rest coming my way. Rachel we t to me, and she had Bot scanned for any injuries that I may have.

Rachel: Is there any severe injuries that Tron has, Bot?

Bot: Sort of. It appears that the explosion from the shard has taken a big toll on Tron's body. That explosion would've significantly damaged you, but your suit helped block it.

KILLER: More like the remaining parts of your suit, Tron.

I looked at my suit, and it was heavily damaged. I groaned because it was my favorite suit. Nonetheless, I tried to get up with Rachel and KILLER's help.

Tron: Thanks, guys.

Rachel: No problem, bro.

Tron: Are the others alright?

KILLER: They are, and they're right behind us.

I saw that team JNPR were safe. I sighed in relief. Then I realized something, I'm showing most of my skin. I see Pyrrha looking away, and Nora is just staring at me.
