As I said, the middle rankings are usually the ones that keep an eye out on the resources. There are 9 within this group ranking in the following order from highest to lowest:

1. MU (1)
- Are the peace keepers that use mediation with those that are angry with one another.
- Makes sure no serious fight breaks out within the pack.
- Often works with the Delta, Zeta or Upsilon.
- Keeps suspicious wolves in check to ensure they are not a threat or to notify the Alpha if they are.
- Responsible for trading with others from other packs or more.
- Travel from pack to pack to keep an eye on everything for safety and to let the Alpha know if anything is going on.
- The Alpha might take them to speak with others from other packs or more.

2. NU (1-6)
- The Sentries of the pack.
JOB:
- Keeps track of the natural resources.
- Finds dens and areas of abundant food.
- Must also keep watch of the pack and make sure to call the Epsilon, Delta, Lambda or Upsilon depending on the situation.

3. XI (1-2)
JOB:
- Keeps an eye on resources such as water supplies or potential dens areas.
- May assist the hunters.
- If an unwanted visitor enters the pack territory, they are able to call for the Guardians/ Epsilon.
- Greeting comittee for newcomers.
- Have to ask the newcomers questions, such as where they came from and who they are.
- Protects the caretakers and escorts them in search of resources.
- Sometimes assists the Kappa to keep an eye on things, but not often as the other ranks will mainly do so.
- In charge of guarding the prisoners.
- Patrols territory often.
- Penalizes continues aggressiveness or provoking by kicking them out of the pack with Alpha's perission, though they cannot officially banish them like Alpha.

4. OMICRON (1)
JOB:
- The lead Pi.
- Makes sure everyone takes care of the rest of the packs problems in a way that won't harm anyone.
- With permission from the Alpha, they can choose who will become Pi.

5. PI (1-4)
- The therapists of the pack.
- Must be able to help out and be a good listener.
- Must not make judgement of others.
JOB:
- Keeps confidences confidential and helps those who come to them by giving them advise on what might be best for them.

6. RHO (1-2)
JOB:
- They are the secretaries to thkes sure the Pi's have breaks during appointments.
- Those that seek the Pi must come to them first to book an appointment so things don't become chaotic.

7. SIGMA
- They know about everyhting.
JOB:
- Are the tutors to the pack.
- Often works with Phi to teach the pups, subordinates or others who might need more knowledge within the pack.

8. TAU (1-9)
- Known as the best of the Upsilon and have proved themselves.
JOB:
- The lead scout/ Upsilon/ assassins.
- Gives orders to the Upsilon on whom to spy on or pack to look at.
- Orders always come from the Alpha, Beta or Delta first.
- Takes on the most dangerous missions.
- Patrols the territory often.
- Works with Epsilon.

9. UPSILON (1-4)
- Trained for immobilization skills and immideately nullifying threats.
- Breaks up fights within the pack. (NOT LIKE THE MU. The Mu only makes sure there aren't any. If there is one, it's in the Upsilon's hands.)
- When the pack travels, they walk infront to scout the way for everyone.
JOB:
- The scouts/ spies of the pack.
- Enters other territories to spy on a specific individual or the entirety of the pack.
- Has to report back to the Alpha, even if it is just a pack pup being born.
- Reports to Zeta if they were asked to find wolves of their own for battle or to the Alpha pair. (If there isn't a Zeta, they report to the Gamma.)
