Heat takes place when their mate bond is urging them to complete the mating process. It is a painful and infuriating phase takes place after they met their mate. (Rarely finds place in males, but is still possible.)
EFFECTS:
- Feels like their body is on fire.
- They have a fever.
- The touch of someone else burns them more.
- Feels sick and can barely move.
- Excruciating pain throughout their body.- Only the touch of their mate can soothe them.

- This can only be stopped when the pair completed their mating process.
- It starts off as nothing but a little ache and, the more they ignore it, the worse it gets.
- This could go on for days. (If they don't do it, the wolf in heat will have to wait it out, but usually it is too much pain to handle and they will do it nontheless.)
- At most, the females get it once a month to once a year.
