Shuriken held his blade tightly looking at his ancestor as Arthur said, approaching slow, "A fight to death. Shuriken, king of Fates. Are you to be defeated?"
With a quick lunge Arthur covered the distance between the two men. Shuriken moved his sword, and it's hit Arthur's scales, and the two Fate's fell to the ground.
When the steel hit the scales, the blade was unable to puncture them. Unlike the last time where it was the underbelly with the point going first, this time it was the edge of the blade on the shoulder pad.
Shuriken hastily tried to stand as Arthur clawed Shuriken's shoulder and only backed off when Shuriken swung his wounded shoulder in Arthur's face. With his secondary arm wounded he held his blade tightly in his right hand.
Shuriken stood there watching his elder, as Arthur's lips curled outwards in a snarl as the elderly dragon-human hybrid let out a hiss. Shuriken knew that right now it was a battle of how long Shuriken could stay standing. He wasn't going to win against Arthur, when the elder held so much energy.

Broken buildings lined Igneus' vision, torn apart and floating while rotating. Igneus was standing on a small chunk of land floating.
He knew he had to keep advancing. He didn't know how, but he knew he had to.
Igneus jumped over and saw, beneath him with a giant black voided below him, a single image, a wooden box.
A box that was so familiar, and odd, all at the same time.
Igneus went to jump, and as he did so the previous one broke beneath him. He made the mistake of looking below to see what was below him.
It was when Igneus had been born. A woman grabbed him, and handed him to his father. The man was smiling, tears running down his face, as joy overwhelmed him. He saw the gasp of air as his mom suffocated and tried to breathe.
Igneus looked away, wanting to pursue a different thought. He jumped again, and looked down.
He was young, 5 or 6, outside, crying. His eye swollen so badly he couldn't see out of it. His lip was cracked and blood slowly trickled out of it. Kain swung the door open, obviously drunk as he said, "Listen here, you ever mention your mom again..." He held his breath in, and held in his sobs.
Igneus stood up to comfort his dad, and then the next thing he knew he had been punched across the face, his nose broken, and his head was being bounced off the fence while Kain shouted, "You fucking bastard! Don't you ever try to comfort me!"

Shuriken stood there, sweat running down his body, his wrist was burning and the sword drooped low, as his left arm's shoulder had been almost completely destroyed and bloodied. He was panting heavily, looking at Arthur.
Seven limbs lay on the ground, and Arthur was still standing as his arm regenerated. Not a single bit of light seemed to have left since the beginning of the fight. Shuriken stood there, breathing heavily as Arthur lunged again and Shuriken moved his sword again, trying to keep Arthur wounded and away from him.

Igneus looked down, watching as Kain swung blow after blow, and Igneus shot a giant bolt of lightning at the memory, his anger fueling the large bolt. The strange world vanish from him as he poured more energy into it, his hair flying as the twisted world he was in cracked, and then shattered.
Igneus took in a breath, feeling his heart race.

Shuriken barely had any time to reposition his blade, tip first, and sliced off Arthur's shoulder. The arm went flying. Arthur had landed, and a giant bolt of lightning fired, burning through the eldest Fate, cascading a wave of energy so powerful that Shuriken felt it.
Shuriken was severely burned, tattered and wounded, third degree burns running a long his body from the electrical power delivered. Arthur was panting, his eyes empty and devoid of color, light. The only thing Arthur had was the upper part of his chest, and his right arm.
Igneus stumbled out from the bottom of the ship. His shirt was tattered and torn slightly. He said, "Enough of this." He grabbed Arthur and filled him with energy, healing the wounded man.
Igneus looked at the horizon, "We won't be able to go to a Sea Dragon corpse without a crew. Neither of us have any sailor experience. So, I'd say we have about four days travel before it becomes inoperable. So we need to get going. Go starboard."
Shuriken stepped up to the wheel, and turned the ship, and asked, "Where are we headed?"
Igneus took a breath, looking out to the sea, "Home."

Ren swam as fast as he could towards the Laelan Dynasty, and felt the ship turn. Ren kept swimming, burning what Shuriken had told him into his mind.
Ren's mind was swimming, as he thought about everything that had happened. Igneus coming to see him, the cruise, then the quick decent into madness of the cruise.
Ren made it to shore panting, his mind racing, as he said, to himself, "I need another ship." He looked at where his flamberge sword normally was sheathed and added, "Another blade."
