“Shit,” Yoongi cursed under his breath quietly, when he almost knocked a plant over. Gaze landing on a sleeping Jimin, he let out a sigh of relief, realizing he hadn’t woken up.

He made his way to the kitchen, where he pulled out groceries to fix breakfast for the both of them – mostly Jimin, in hopes that he would eat something and keep it inside his body.

Eggs were easy to keep down, right? At least for him, eggs were a decent and rather light breakfast. Cracking a few eggs onto a pan, he cooked a few pieces of bacon on the side.

The making of the breakfast was quick, ending with two plates of eggs and bacon in no time. Just in case, he planted a few grapes on the side, hoping Jimin would eat if he wasn’t feeling up for the other things.

Quietly, he tip-toed his way inside the bedroom, placing the plates on the small nightstand next to the bed, after fetching two glasses of water.

Before Jimin could wake up, he decided he should find him clothes he could wear so he wouldn’t have to sit in the clothes he slept in. He wasn’t sure if Jimin would fit anything – his frame so small, that even Yoongi’s smallest jeans wouldn’t fit him properly.

Yoongi decided on another pair of sweatpants and a hoodie – surely, that would fit somewhat right, he hoped. Folding the clothes neatly, he gently placed it on the foot-end of the bed, after proceeding to poke Jimin lightly.

“Hey,” He spoke gently, hearing a groan from the younger, “Hyung?” He croaked, voice hoarse from sleep. Sitting up, he glanced at Yoongi, then the two plates next to him.

“I made breakfast,” Yoongi explained. ”Oh,” A look of guilt formed on Jimin’s face, ”I’m sorry, hyung, I can’t eat right now,” - “Listen, Jimin, you need to eat to stay well and energized, okay?” Yoongi cut him off, tone serious.

Jimin looked down, saying nothing. Yoongi smiled, picking up a plate and handing it to Jimin as he sat up in the bed, accepting the plate. Yoongi picked up his own plate, jabbing an egg with a fork, eyes locked on Jimin.

Carefully, Jimin picked up a strip of bacon, bringing it to his mouth. Yoongi beamed, but that quickly changed when Jimin put the bacon back down before he could eat it. Yoongi said nothing – he understood Jimin was having a hard time, and he shouldn’t pressure him.

Instead, Jimin reached for the grapes on the side, eating the stem slowly, chewing one grape at a time. He was rather careful in the way he chewed – Yoongi took it as a sign that he wasn’t going to throw it up. The times Jimin had puked, he had eaten quickly and like any other person, in contrast to now, where he so carefully plucked a grape off and gently chewed them.

Finishing the grapes, Jimin reached for the scrambled eggs, picking up a few pieces with his fork and bringing them to his mouth. Yoongi smiled, setting his plate aside as he was done. Jimin didn’t eat much more – a few more bites of egg until he set the plate aside as well.

“I’m sorry, hyung, I can’t eat more right now...” he apologized, frowning. Yoongi softened his gaze, “Don’t worry about that. I’m just happy you ate something,” Yoongi looked at the clothes, “You can lend those,” he pointed. Nodding, Jimin got up and grabbed them, “I’ll go change.”

Once alone, Yoongi brought the dishes to the kitchen, rinsing them roughly with water before setting them aside to wash later.

Upon returning, Yoongi met Jimin, dressed in his clothes. It pained him how loose the clothes were on his frame, awkwardly hanging off his gangly limbs.

“So,” Jimin spoke, ”I have to get going since I have to sing today,” Jimin told him, “I’m sorry, hyung. We can meet after,” Yoongi thought for a moment, before speaking, “Can I watch you perform?” Jimin seemed taken aback by the question, but his gaze quickly softened, “Of course. But we’ll have to leave now, then,“ Nodding, Yoongi got up.
