Y/N's POV:
Planet Xandar. Home Planet of the Nova Corps. It is also the planet that I am currently in. As for the reason I'm here... You see, I'm a part of a band of space mercenaries called the "Ravagers". But in my opinion, we're more like pirates. This is mainly because even though we get hired to do a lot of jobs, the Ravagers steal a lot more than they're given, and they'll kill anyone who gets in their way. Yondu, Captain of the Ravagers, sent me to break into the Nova Corps base, and steal some kind of orb. Right now, I'm in their base stealing said orb.
Y/N's Mind: Okay. I think the orb should be here somewhere. Finding it shouldn't be an issue. It's what happens after that worries me.
I reach into my waist pack and grab my scanner. I turn it on.
Y/N's Mind: This is a really bad idea... What if a Nova soldier barges in?
I'm scanning for the orb.
Y/N's Mind: Yondu never did tell me why he wanted this. Just to go get it.
Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep.
The scanner beeps when it scans a specific door. Upon opening it, I see the orb that Yondu wants. However, it's in a force field.
Y/N's Mind: There it is. And it's metal? This should be easy.
I reach into my waist pack and grab a very powerful magnet device. I put it on the floor and turn it on. The orb is magnetically pulled through the force field, and onto the device.
