"Are you really sure about this?" Ani karylle na kanina pang aligaga.
"Oo naman, she's turning 5 in two months at nangako ako sakanyang ipapakilala ko sya sa tatay nya when she turned five." vice smiled giving karylle a pat on the back trying to calm her down.
"basta, kahit anong mangyari i'm always here. you can always come back here." karylle said and hugged hier bestfriend.

well, Karylle Padilla is a well-known model in New york and in the Philippines but she's now pursuing her modelling career only in new york together with Jose Marie Viceral or known as Marie Viceral.
"don't over react! sayo pa rin naman uuwi si scarlette." natatawang sabi ni vice.
"i can't help it vice, what if hindi sya tanggapin ng tatay nya what will you say to her?" karylle asked.
"i don't know but if that happens then he'll never gonna see our daughter again and i'm leaving Philippines for good." Vice said before looking at her daughter who's sleeping on the sofa peacefully.
"plus, scarlette has the right to know who's her father is. same thing to her father. parehas silang may karapatang makilala ang isa't isa." vice turned to karylle.
"i'm rooting for you...good luck vicey!"
"yeah, goodluck talaga sa'kin." natatawang sagot nya kay karylle.
wala pa sa pilipinas ngunit natatakot at kinakabahan na ang babae sa kung anong pwedeng mangyari sakanilang mag ina. kilala nya ang tatay ni scarlette at alam nya ang pwedeng gawin nito sakanya.
"nga pala? paano mo ipupuslit tong anak mo sa airport bukas?" tanong ni karylle.
"papaunahin ko sya kasama ang mga tita nyang bakla. hindi naman kilala ng media si mc at lassy i'm sure hindi sila masusundan." sabi ni vice at umupo sa tabi ng kanyang natutulog na anak.
"gusto ko sanang i-hatid kayo tomorrow sa airport kaso may runway pa ko! kaya binisita ko nalang kayo ngayon but natutulog na pala si liit." karylle said caressing scarlet's hair.
"nakipag laro sa tito vhong nya mag hapon. yan bagsak." vice said.
"vhong? pumunta rito? i thought he's in L.A?"
"kakauwi lang dumeretso dito. miss nya na daw inaanak nya." vice said.
vhong is a magazine model too and been friends with karylle, vice for years. sila-sila lang naman ang filipinong nasa industriya ng mga amerikano kaya mabilis si vhong naging close sa dalawa.
"si scarlette nga ba ang miss?" taas kilay na tanong ni karylle.
"yan ka nanaman, delulu ka talaga." pag tataray ni vice.
"vicey! halata namang bet ka ni pango noh! tsaka palong-palo mag role play as tatay ni scarlette bakit hindi mo pa bigyan ng chance yon?" talak ni karylle.
"anong chance? eh hindi naman umamin! hindi nga natin alam kung gusto ako. at fyi platonic lang a friendship namin!" vice explained.
"daming say! oh sya sige na maaga pa kayo bukas, you need to get some beauty rest kaya aalis na ko." she smiled before they both got up and walked her friend to the door.
"i'll miss you two. give me a text pag lapag nyo sa manila at wag kakalimutang i-update ako atleast once a week!" karylle reminds her friend.
vice just chuckled before nodding to her friend.
"kung hindi sya tanggapin ng tatay nya. andito naman ako at si vhong to accept her. to accept you both" she gave her bestfriend a reassuring smile before hugging her.
"thank you karylle. thank you for being scarlette's second mother, hindi ko talaga alam ang gagawin ko kung wala ka nung mga times na nag sisimula palang ako dito."
"ano ka ba! it's nothing. that's what friends are for." sabi pa ni karylle bago kumalas sa pag kakayakap kay vice.
"so? i'll see you after 5 months?" karylle said before vice smiled and nodded.
"don't worry i'll say hi to anne for you!" sigaw pa ni vice habang pinapanood ang kanyang kaibigan mag lakad papasok sa elevator.
"hope to see scarlette with ion too!"
