James was all sweaty when he came offstage, as were the other boys. I avoided eye contact with Reece as best I could. But occasionally, I caught him watching me. James kissed me on the lips before pulling his t-shirt over his head and draping it over the clothing rail. "I'll just get changed then we can get out of here," he told me before the boys manager ushered me and Claire out of the dressing room.

"I'm exhausted," Claire told me, running a hand through her hair. "We've had such a hard day of sitting around," I replied sarcastically. Claire playfully elbowed me in the side and I chuckled to myself.

"Miss Young," I heard James whisper from behind me. My lips curled into a smile before I slowly turned round and looked up at him. "Would you like to go back to the hotel?" he asked me and I nodded. His tone was playful and daring and it gave me goose bumps.

James and I left the arena without saying goodbye to anyone. James was desperate to get back to the hotel. And when the taxi stopped outside the main entrance of the hotel, James leapt out of the car, pulling me with him. He paid the taxi driver and got my suitcase out of the boot before taking my hand and leading me inside the building.

We rushed into the elevator and James pressed the button for the floor his room was on. As soon as the elevator doors shut, he dropped my suitcase and pulled me into a kiss. I felt his lips curl into a smile before he pulled away and the lift doors opened. He picked up my suitcase and walked out of the elevator with my flustered self following close behind.

James opened the door of his hotel room before walking inside. He put my suitcase on the sofa beside the window before turning to me. His lips curled into a smirk as I shut the door behind me. He walked slowly towards me, his eyes connected with mine the whole time. I couldn't move as he placed his hands on my waist. His fingers lifted the hem of my top slightly so I could feel his long fingers touching my skin.

In one swift movement he had me pressed against the wall, his body towering over me, trapping me. His eyes glanced from my eyes to my lips. James stepped backwards and pulled his clean t-shirt off, dropping it on the floor carelessly. I bit my lip as my eyes travelled down his torso and stopped at the elastic of his underwear.

James ran his tongue over his bottom lip before stepping towards me. His hand caressed my cheek before his lips touched mine softly. "Mm," I moaned as James began to lift my top up. His lips pulled away from mine for a moment as he pulled my top over my head and threw it behind him.

When James kissed me again, it was more urgent and lustful. I hooked my fingers over the waistband of his jeans and started walking backwards towards the bed. I stopped walking when I felt the bed touching the back of my legs which gave James the perfect opportunity to lower me down onto it.

James took his jeans and socks off before kneeling down on the floor in between my legs. He pulled my jeans off my legs and threw them aside before running his long fingers along the inside of my thighs. He stopped just below my knickers then started kissing the inside of my thighs. I tangled my fingers in his hair as he moved his lips slowly up my legs.

"James," I moaned as he ran his fingers along the top of my knickers. I heard him chuckle before his fingers hooked under the material and pulled them down my legs.

I reluctantly got out of bed as someone knocked at the door. I pulled James t-shirt over my head before opening the door. Barclay looked me up and down and smirked. "I'm sorry to interrupt," he said, his tone playful. "Oh, you aren't interrupting. We're all done," I replied, mimicking his smirk. Barclay straightened his shirt as his expression turned serious before he told me, "I need your help with something..."

Once Barclay had explained everything and I'd agreed to help, he left me alone with James. "Did you hear what Barclay was saying?" I asked James and he nodded. "Sounds like a good plan," he replied as I sat down on the bed beside him. "I have something for you," James told me, getting out of bed. He pulled a pair of boxers on before walking over to his suitcase.

He took an envelope out of his suitcase and handed it to me. "I got it for you the other day," he said, sitting down beside me. I opened the envelope and took out the card that was inside. My whole face lit up as I read the words on the front of the card. If you stood in front of a mirror and held up eleven roses, you would see twelve of the most beautiful things in the world.

"You're an idiot," I told him with the biggest smile on my face. "Maybe. But I'm your idiot," he replied and kissed me. "You big cheese ball," I said before opening the card. A silver chain fell into my lap and I picked it up. It had a charm on which consisted of the letters J and C tangled together. "James," I spoke. I didn't know what to say. James took the necklace from me and fastened it around my neck. I looked up at him and smiled before kissing him. "Thank you," I whispered.

The two of us got dressed before heading down to the lobby. Claire was sat with Barclay drinking orange juice. James and I walked over to them and sat down. "Have you eaten?" I asked Claire and she shook her head. "Okay, I'll order some chips for us," I told her before standing up and walking over to the bar.

I glanced back at the table while I waited for the chips. James and Barclay had now left, leaving Claire to sit on her own. I smiled to myself, knowing what was about to happen.

Once Claire and I had eaten a plate of chips and had another drink, we went upstairs. Luckily, Claire didn't suspect a thing as we walked along the hallway towards Barclay's hotel room. I knocked on the door twice before waiting. James opened the door and welcomed Claire inside the room before taking my hand and lingering in the doorway with me, wanting to see how things played out.

Claire walked further into the room then stopped in her tracks as she saw what Barclay had done for her. The bed was covered in red rose petals and there were candles littered around the room. Barclay was positioned in front of the bed, down on one knee. He had a beautiful, silver ring in his hand with a small yet stunning crystal on it. "Claire, my beautiful girl, you make me so incredibly happy. You're everything I could ever want in a person, all at once. We're starting a family and that makes me feel so joyful and content. I'm crazy about you, Claire. And I want you to be mine forever. Will you marry me?" Barclay asked with a huge smile on his face. "Barcs," her eyes sparkling with tears, "Of course I will."

Barclay stood up and kissed Claire before slipping the ring on her fingers. "I think it's time to go," James whispered and I nodded as his fingers entwined with mine.
