Lia's P.O.V

Once we reached the pack house Josh asked me if I wanted to join them for dinner because his mother wanted to see me and I agreed. I felt bad because I couldn't remember my past and if she started talking about old memories that I didn't know, the dinner would be awkward.

I walked into the house and made some tea, there was no one around and it felt weird being there by myself like I didn't belong. I decided hiding in my room was the best option and getting some home work in to pass time seemed like a good idea.

"Wakey, wakey" i heard

"how long have I been asleep?" I asked Aoife

"I don't know, just got home"

"What time is it?" i quickly asked as i jumped from my bed

"half six"

"I have to get ready having dinner at Josh's"

"Well I'll leave you to it I just wanted to make sure you were okay"

"I'm good thanks, how was the date?"

"Really good, he took me to our favorite diner; it's were I first realised we were mates and we talked, it felt good. I think we are going to complete the mating tonight" she answered with a slight blush

"I'm happy for you", I said giving her a hug

"Thank you, I'll leave you to it"

Thirty minutes later I was downstairs,

"Aww look at you being all pretty for your date"

"You know its not a date, I'm just meeting or re-meeting his parents"

"Who's parents?" Jake asked, I didn't even know he was here

"Lia is going to Josh's for dinner ain't that cute?"

"You are?" he turned to me looking a bit shocked

"Yup" I replied with a forced smile on my face I wanted to show him that I was happy without him

"have fun"

"thanks i will, see you guys later" i said noticing Josh by the door

"you ready?" he asked

"kind of nervous but looking forward to it"

"Don't be, they already love you"

Holding his hand we walked the short distance his house, once there he opened the door and screamed, "Mum we're here"

My hands were getting really sweaty and my heart beat had increased.

"We're in the dining room honey", so we made our way in the house. It was homey, it was made out of wood and had beautiful coloured throws, rugs and pillows in the sitting room. there were photographs of various members of the family it was safe to say I loved this house and it's lavender smell.

"Dad, mum, Hanna, this is Lia and Lia this is family" looking around I saw three eager faces looking back at me. Josh looked like a younger version of his dad and Hanna had Mr. Fox blond hair like Josh but she looked more like her mother.

"Nice to meet you all and thank you for inviting me"

Looking at Mrs. Fox she looked familiar but I couldn't remember where from so I just brushed it off and thought I was getting some of my memory back.

"Don't be silly darling your practically my own daughter I was there the night you were born" she said

"I'm sorry Mrs.Fox but I feel like I've seen you around"
