"argh, i'm finally done," you mumbled, slumping down on the table after finishing your report.

your other friends were having their club meeting after school except you since you already had the meeting yesterday. you were sitting alone at the garden of your school while waiting for your friends to come after their meeting ended.

"gosh, i'm tired," you mumbled again, still slumping down on the table with your arms crossed. you wore your hood up and closed your eyes, decided to rest for awhile.

"so, i heard someone finally asked his crush out on a date?"

you perked your ears up as you heard someone talking behind your table.

"stop teasing me you guys."

you continued to listen to them and realized the people were seunghan, sohee and minseong.

"not gonna lie, y'all are cute together," sohee said, sipping his apple juice. "yeah, it's cute but he'll definitely ditch us for his date," minseong said before letting out a sigh. "oh my gosh, how did you know that?" seunghan said sarcastically which made minseong glared at him.

since your back was facing them, you secretly laughed at their conversation. you just stayed still in your position and continued to listen to their conversation.

"yo guys!"

you heard someone shouted from behind, you thought that the voice was familiar to you.

"hey jaehyun, why are you late? we've been waiting for you," seunghan asked after jaehyun taking a seat across them which he was now back facing you while facing the three of them.

"i had to pass up my class's books to mr yang," he answered, placing down his bread and milk. "oh right, you're the class president," minseong said.

they all continued to talk while jaehyun was eating his bread. on the other side, you were immersed into their conversation that you're no longer wanting to wait for your other friends.

so this is what boys are talking about when they're together

"have you seen y/n today?"

your eyebrows furrowed, feeling surprised that you heard your name in their conversation. you listened carefully, trying to find who's the one mentioned you in their conversation.

"she looks so pretty today."

oh it's him?

you smiled when you realized it's jaehyun who mentioned you in front of his friends.

"great, it's that time again," minseong mumbled under his breath. "you say that every single day," sohee rolled his eyes. "plus why do you always tell us something about y/n?" seunghan asked.

"cuz i need to remind you all that y/n is the prettiest person in the school," he answered, crossing his arms. "excuse you, my crush is the prettiest," seunghan argued. "but my seat mate is pretty too," sohee mumbled while pouting.

minseong who was seating with them looked dead when they started to argue whose crush was prettier. he's always the one who's left out in these kind of conversations after all he didn't have any crush at the moment.

do i have to deal with this every day?

"Y'ALL SHUT UP," minseong slammed the table, making everyone in the table looked at him. you nearly bursted out of laugh because of his sudden reaction.

"y'all better shut up before i leave you guys," minseong warned, smiling at them. all three of them quiet down and sat properly in their seats.

"still, this is my moment," jaehyun said, "she had those tiny ribbons on her hair, she looks so pretty," he continued, hands cupping his cheeks while daydreaming about you.
