"it's okay, don't be sorry, i'll be fine by myself," you told your colleague, who was supposed to stay with you to close the cafe. "i'm so sorry y/n, i owe you for this, be careful when you get back home, see you tomorrow!" they swiftly said before running out from the cafe.

you shook your head, watching your forgetful colleague running out, "how could someone forget to pick up their sibling," you mumbled out with a chuckle.

you then walked your way to the door, you wanted to close the stutter down so that no one could come in while you're cleaning. as you were about to close the last shutter down, you looked up when you heard noises coming from the front door.

apparently, you saw a man was panicking looking back while running towards your direction.

"huh?" you mumbled, staring at the man, getting confused as he was getting closer to your side. "woah, what the hell?" you watched him, getting dumbfounded when he just entered the cafe. you looked at him and said, "excuse me sir, we're close."

the man looked at you while catching his breath, "i know, just close the shutter please, there's people chasing after me," he said.

you freaked out a little when you heard his words, you looked to the front and there were indeed people who were looking around. you got scared and quickly shut the shutter all the way down.

you turned around and looked at the man who was covered in mask with his hood on along with a cap. you couldn't even see his face properly because he was all covered up.

you walked towards him and asked, "sir, are you okay? why are people chasing after you?"

after your words ended, he took off his disguise. he shook his head, ruffling his hair after taking off his cap.

you just quietly stood there, waiting for him to talk. he noticed your calm reaction and said, "you don't know me?"

confusion washed over your head, you squinted your eyes, looking closely at him, "um, do i need to know you?"

the man scratched his head due to embarrassment, "well, not really," he mumbled out, "do you listen to kpop?" he asked, looking at you in anticipation. you slowly nodded, "yeah, but barely catching up with the groups these few years though," you answered before starting to sweep the floor.

he nodded at your words, slowly moving aside and took a seat on the chair, not wanting to block you from sweeping the floor. "do you know there's an idol who went viral for his rap in his cover of le sserafim's smart?" he asked, trying to get you to recognise him.

you looked at him with a puzzled look, "le what now? sounds like a luxury brand name that i couldn't afford in my lifetime," you said, not getting the name. you probably looked like an outdated human being in front of the man right now, you didn't really care at the moment because you wanted to finish cleaning.

"how about that one "i need a girl" stage with youngji that went viral?" he asked again, hoping you'll know that performance. you paused what you're doing and thought for awhile, "ain't that taeyang's song? it went viral?" you said, suddenly getting curious about it.

he let out a sigh, giving up on asking you questions, "any singer you like?" he asked. "i like d.o from exo," you answered, getting the mop over to mop the floor.

his eyes lit up, taking his phone out, he searched that one content video where he appeared with d.o. you walked towards him as you were mopping, you looked at him and said, "can you lift up your feet please?" he lifted up his feet, then proceeded to show you the content video, "here, did you watch this show?"
