you and your friends were hanging out at your campus's student lounge, catching up with each other's life.

"enough of your story, i wanna hear from y/n," yubin stopped haneul from telling her story of falling in love with an actor which happened thousands times already. haneul scoffed and pinched her on the arm, earning a wince from her.

"ouch," yubin glared, rubbing her arm, "anyways, how's life after dating someone younger than you?" she smirked, wiggling her eyebrows at you.

you thought for awhile, tapping on your chin, "i was hesitant at first but i think i would regret if i didn't accept woonhak's confession back then," you told them with a smile.

they cooed, smiling at you. yubin said, "you looked much more happy with woonhak than your past relationship, i'm glad," haneul nodded, agreeing with her words.

"tell us more about what it feels like dating woonhak, maybe i'll try dating someone who is younger."

"alright, i'll tell you guys..."

#1 him being observant

he always notices the slight change of your feelings. though you thought that you hid your feelings well enough from him, he still noticed it, thus he would do anything just to make you feel better.

example :

"hey, you alright?" woonhak asked, peeking at you who was walking beside him. you hummed with a small smile, he stared at you and pursed his lips, knowing well that something might be bothering you.

"wait here, i'll be back," he told you then walked his way to the convenience store. you looked at him with your eyebrows furrowed, taking a seat on the bench while waiting for him.

"here," he said which made you looked up. he handed you your favourite ice cream with a pack of candy, saying, "they say eating sweets will help you feel better, though i don't know what happened, i hope you're okay, i'm here for you."

you looked at him with a smile, "i'm not a kid, you know," taking the ice cream and candies from him. he smiled and said, "well, you can be a kid in front of me, i'm here to take care of you." you stared at him before hugging him, "thanks woonhak." he hugged you tightly and said, "anything for you."

#2 he always pick you up after your class ended

it might be normal for everyone but not you, you loved it when you could see someone you loved waiting for you after your class ended, it's a feeling you couldn't describe. after picking you up, he would be in all ears when you started to talk what happened in your class or telling him about your days.

example :

"argh, why did i even choose this course?" you mumbled to yourself after walking out from the class. you looked around and smiled once you saw woonhak was waiting for you. "woonhak!" you said, walking towards him. woonhak looked up from his phone and flashed a smile.

he said, "let's go to the canteen, you must be hungry." you nodded, walking beside him as you two walked your way to the canteen.

"you don't know how boring the class was, i was pinching myself to prevent falling asleep," you told him, you then continued to ramble about what happened in the class. though you didn't get any response from him, you knew he was listening.

how could you be sure?

"hey, what was i saying?"

"you said, there's someone who was eating a cup noodle at the back and they even asked your professor if they want a cup."

#3 him being your serotonin boost

needless to say, his smile could cure you. you admit that you're whipped for your boyfriend's smile, who doesn't? he would take pictures or videos of him and sent it to you, hoping that it would make your day. that explained why you were smiling the whole time whenever you were looking at your phone.

example :

"you looked cute in the picture you sent me this morning, did you get a new beanie?" you asked him, looking at him. he hummed, "you like it? i'll wear it often then," smiling at you. you stared at him and let out a giggle, "i love your smile."

he smiled when he heard the same compliment from you again, you never missed a chance to compliment his smile which he didn't mind at all.

# bonus

here's a thing, there's one action of him that made you giggled the whole time which was, he always wave you goodbye until you're not in his sight. gosh, you found it incredibly adorable.

to sum up, though he's younger than you but you found him being much more mature than you in some ways, you loved how you could act like a kid in front of him despite being older than him. you thought that if being in a relationship where both of you were able to give each other's love and support, you wouldn't mind about the age.

"yeah, that's what it feels like dating someone who's younger."

"aww," both of them awed at your words, feeling soft and slightly jealous about your relationship with woonhak.

"gosh, y'all made me wanna get a boyfriend," yubin said, wiping her fake tears. "woonhak is so much better then your last relationship," haneul said, rolling her eyes. you let out a sigh, "don't talk about him, i was blind back then," you said.

"you honestly need to thank woonhak for not giving up courting you," yubin said, sipping on her drink. you smiled, remembering that time when he was there by your side the whole time after you had broken up with your ex.

"okay, enough with the old story, someone's here already," yubin said, pointing at someone behind you. you turned around and smiled once you saw woonhak was there waving at you with a smile.

"bye girls, hope y'all find your mr right!"

you walked towards him and intertwined your hand with his. he asked, "what did you guys talk? they're looking at us," looking at yubin and haneul who were glaring at you both. you shrugged, "don't mind them, they're just jealous of our relationship, let's go, i missed you."

he chuckled and said, "i missed you too, i bought donuts for you!"

hi, long time no see y'all, anyways this is the first time i wrote this kind of format, hope y'all are not confused 🧍🏻‍♀️ this is basically me being soft to woonhak, i love him 🫶🏻 and the bonus i mentioned, i actually wrote it from one of the scene in their how trailer, around 0.50 sec, look how cute he was 😭 yeah, i love him :)
