"Are you excited?" Madi asked as she pulled Sarah by her hand to her room. "So excited!"
"Today is going to be the best day ever!" Madi said as suddenly she stopped dead in her tracks when she saw her brothers. They all seemed to be going out.

"Where do you guys think you are going?" Madi asked, sounding a little bit too much like their mom. "We are going to buy some food," Matt responded as his little sister's serious face quickly turned into a big smile.

"Oh yay! Chickfila?" The girl ran up to Matt, sticking her bottom lip out, begging for Chickfila. "That was our plan," He said pretending to be annoyed so she would hug him, which she did.

"Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" She hugged him as he did back. "Do you want anything, Marie?"

"Yes! Chris, you know my order and I'll send you the money,"

"No! It's okay. It's on me," Chris said and smiled at her they still hadn't talked and he was waiting anxiously. "It's actually on me, I am the one paying," Matt said as Nick laughed, followed by Sarah.

"Thanks, Matt," Sarah said as Madi finally pulled the girl away into her room.

"Matt you are too funny," Nick said as he heard the door close. "What?" He tried to seem oblivious but you could see it on his face. "Whatever," Chris said annoyed that he just made him look so stupid.

"I have never done one!" Madi said as she opened up the scrapbook. The blank page stared at her. "I have, with my mom," Sarah commented as Madi nodded, still staring at the blank space before her.

"Any ideas?"

Madi tilted her head and sighed. "This is too much stress! How do we start?" Madi stressed as Sarah couldn't help but chuckle.

"It's easy. Let's just start with a cover page. Something like 'Madi and Sarah's Summer!' I dunno... something like that," Now Sarah was stressing.

"How about 'Madi and Marie's Summer!" Madi screamed in excitement. "That's perfect!"

The girls rested on their stomachs and decorated the first page with all the things they could find around. "I think it needs something more!" Madi said as she tapped her chin.

"What are you thinking?"

"I got it! Follow me!" Madi got up, running, as Sarah quickly tried to catch up. "Wait up,"

She noticed Chris' room was opened when it was previously closed.
She froze.

"C'mon!" Madi peeked out of the room and signaled for her to come in. "Madi I don't think we should be looking around in Chris' stuff,"

"Just come here!"

"Madi-"

"Oh please-" Madi grabbed Sarah's arm slowly but surely pulling her to Chris' room. The little girl was surprisingly strong. "Madi! We shouldn't be here-" Sarah stopped talking once she noticed how different the room was. She looked at every little corner, her memories flying across the room. She hadn't been here since the moment he told her he didn't want her in her life.

She sighed as tears filled her eyes. She missed him, more than she would like to admit.
"Aha! Here it is!" Madi said bringing Sarah back to reality.

Madi pulled out a show box, and when she opened it, it was filled with pictures of them. Chris and Sarah. The ones he used to have all over his walls.
"Oh, Madi that is probably-"

"Wait I know there are so many of us in here," Madi said as she started dumping out the pictures, causing Sarah to bend down and stare at the pictures. She had deleted them all from her phone, it just hurt too much to see them. She never thought she would see these again, especially printed out. She had forgotten.

"How do you even know this was here?"

"I like to snoop," She smiled as she kept shuffling through the pictures, Sarah couldn't help but chuckle. "We shouldn't be here," Sarah said as she touched one of her favorite pictures, from the beach day, years ago.

"Found it!" Madi extended her hand to show Sarah the picture of baby Madi and 9th-grade Sarah. It was Sarah laughing at the previous conversation while Madi stared back at Sarah, laughing as well, just because the older girl was doing it.

The memory flashing her mind.

----

"Chris! She is so adorable," Sarah said smiling down at the smiling baby. She had always been like that.

"Just like her older brother?"

"Yes! Just like Justin," Sarah teased as he rolled his eyes. "He is really cute,"
"Who? Justin?" Chris asked his mouth hanging open.

"Oh! No! not like that, he is just handsome," She laughed, nervous not knowing how to fix this awkward situation. "You think my older brother is hot?"

"Wow! Owen. I never said hot! I said cute and handsome,"  Sarah laughed as he rolled his eyes. "You basically called him hot Marie," Chris rolled his eyes, joking.

"Fine! I'll say what you want to hear! You are the cuter brother!"  Sarah said loudly as he stood up. "Thank you!" He paraded around the room laughing. "Sit down look at how she is looking at you!"

They both stared at Madi as she suddenly furrowed her eyebrows causing Sarah to laugh, at how cute the baby was. Then Madi laughed staring at Sarah, causing her to laugh again. Starting a cycle that would come to an end once Sarah noticed Chris took a picture.

"Delete that!" Sarah pointed as Chris shrugged. "What are you talking about?" He tried to seem confused.

"I hate you,"

"I know you do,"

---

"I loved that picture," Sarah smiled as she grabbed and stared at it. "Well... start loving it again because it's going in our scrapbook," Madi smiled as Sarah stared at her. "We cant take your brother's property,"

"He won't even notice! I promise,"

"No, Madi that's-"

"We are back with Chickfila!" Sarah and Madi stared at each other, eyes wide, mouths agape. That was Chris' scream.

"Hurry!" Sarah and Madi quickly put all the pictures inside the box, and then Madi put the box back. The girls rushed out of the room, quickly closing the door. "What were you guys doing in my room?" Chris asked as they smiled.

"We were just looking for..." Sarah started and Madi cut her off. "I was snooping, she stopped me," Madi admitted as Sarah smiled at him.

"Madi! How many times have I told you not to snoop!" Chris said annoyed. "Sorry?" the girl shrugged.

"Whatever, food's downstairs," Chris said as he left the two girls. "Look what I still have," Madi smiled as they were walking back to her room.

"You kept it?"

"Yes? Scrapbook? Picture?" She said like it was obvious.

"Oh no,"
