The Future in a Flash

I woke up to the sound of arguing. Why did I have that dream? That was the last thing I needed to see.
"She can help!" One person said.
"But it's dangerous she could get hurt." This one was a female.
"Not with Barry helping her."
I groaned. I wasn't in the hospital and I wasn't at home.
"She's awake!" The guy said.
The guy and girl appeared over me.
"Where am I?" I asked.
"S.T.A.R. Labs." Replied the girl. "I'm Kaitlin by the way, and this is Cisco."
He had a twizzler hanging out of his mouth. "Hi." He said.
"I'm Chandler," I replied tentatively.
"Oh we know."said Cisco. "Sorry that sounded creepy."
"He means, we know because your mother let us take care of you while you were comatose." Kaitlin chimed in.
"I was comatose?" I asked.
"Sort of. You had a large panic attack and your brain shut down." Said Kaitlin. "The doctors were going to send you to a larger hospital but S.T.A.R. Labs offered to take you in so you would be closer to home."
"Wait, I thought S.T.A.R. Labs closed down after Harrison Wells went missing." I said.
"They tried to close us down but we were able to keep it open." Said a new guy.
"Ronnie." Kaitlin greeted, pecking his lips. Cisco just rolled his eyes.
"So, can I go home now?" I asked.
They exchanged looks. It was Cisco who answered this time,"we should keep you here for a couple more hours just in case you have another panic attack."
I just nodded and went back to sleep. I didn't care if they were watching me. I soon regretted going to sleep because a dream over took me.

"I guy and girl were walking down the street.
"So... What are we going to do about us?" Asked the guy.
"I don't know Bar, but I miss Eddie." She said, "I loved him."
"I know, but Iris, Eddie would want you to move on."
"I can't just go from one person to another like that. I need some time to focus on work and me."
She kissed his cheek.
"Will you still help out at S.TA.R. Labs?" He asked.
She nodded. "Of corse, I have to go. I'm sorry, Barry."

"Chandler?" I was shook awake by Kaitlin."are you okay?"
"Yeah, yeah. Just a dream." I replied.
She looked genuinely concerned. "Was it bad?" She asked.
"No bad so much as weird." I replied.
"Tell me about it." She pulled up a swivel chair.
I recounted my dream. She nodded and listened, then she looked excited.
"Just as I thought!" She ran to the mic on the desk. "Cisco, get own here now!"
"What's going on?" I asked, confused.
"You are a meta human!" She said.
"A meta what now?"
"A meta human, you were affected by the accelerator explosion and you can see the future." She said, jumping up and down like a child.
"Whoa." I breathed.
"Mind if I run some tests?" She asked.
I just shook my head. Cisco showed up skidding into the room yelling, "I AM THE FLASH!"
He walked over, "speaking of, where is Barry?"
"Here." I know that voice. It was the voice from my visions. He was here.
"Hey man, I made some changes to our suit and they're pretty dope." Said Cisco.
"Cool." Vision boy seemed out of it. "Hey, you're awake."
I nodded and laid back down to let Kaitlin run her tests. For some reason, I couldn't get comfortable. I glanced over at vision boy. He was staring. When he noticed me he glanced away awkwardly.
"Barry, you seem kinda off today, what's wrong?" Kaitlin asked, glancing up from her tablet.
"It's just Iris. She-" I cut him off.
"Said she needed to work on her." Everyone looked at me.
"How do you know that?" Asked Barry.
Kaitlin jumped in and saved me. "Um, Barry, this is Chandler Perry. She can see the future."
"Nice to meet you." He said, "so, you can really see the future."
I stayed at S.T.A.R. Labs the rest of the day.
"Hey, Chandler can you come back tomorrow?" Asked Kaitlin. "I can pick you up."
I nodded. My mom came and got me, happy to see I was okay.
I knew I had my chance to move on. My life was changing and I didn't need a vision to tell me that.
