Eight Months Later
A man stood in the middle of the city, surrounded by fog. Barry circling him.
"Flash and Ulterior. Zoom sent me here to kill the Flash, but I have pleasure of killing you both."
Just then, the mist grew thicker, there was no way to see anything. I heard Barry screaming in pain, then it all went dark.
"Chandler? Are you okay?" Barry asked.
I was standing, frozen in the doorway of the cortex. Barry stood alone, things were different now, Ronnie was dead, Kaitlin off at mercury labs, Cisco and Jo creating a meta human task force. Barry pushed us all away, but we managed to convince him to take us back. I was learning control. Team Flash helped me use my powers when I wanted to, and find triggers for my visions. This time, my trigger was Barry.
"Barry, I know I say this a lot, but I'm scared."
"What did you see?" He asked, making his way over to me.
"I saw you, fighting with some guy, he was bigger and stronger than any other meta human we've seen before. He was giving off some sort of mist, he said some thing about Zoom, I think it was? Anyway, he said zoom sent him here to kill you, and I think he did." I rambled.
Barry cupped my cheek.
"Hey, hey, hey. I'm not letting anyone, especially this Zoom guy, push me around. I've got you and that's all that matters." He said.
I melted right then and there. I always thought I had a thing for Barry, but this definitely confirmed it. But, I couldn't pursue it, we couldn't. We worked together, the city needed saving, and I needed laser sharp focus. Okay, screw focus, I thought. He hadn't let go of my face and from the looks of it, he didn't plan to. Oh, God, Chandler. Pull yourself together. I couldn't take this anymore. I always had this thing about sexual tension, it bugged me. It was awkward, embarrassing, and just down right messy. So, I kissed him. I kissed Barry Allen to save myself the sexual tension. What was I thinking? He didn't pull away, at all. In fact, he seemed to pull me in closer. His hands moved from my cheeks to my waist and I wrapped my arms around his neck.
"So that's the reason you sent us back to 'check out the streets,' so you could make out in the cortex without us judging you."
We jumped apart. Not only Cisco, who had made the comment, but Joe, Iris, Kaitlin and Martin Stein stood in the doorway.
"We weren't, I wasn't, hmm. This is not a thing, I don't." I rambled
"It's okay, I'm just messing with you." He said, "Hey Barry."
"What are you guys doing here?" Barry asked.
"We work here, everyday." Said Iris.
She made a duh expression. Barry and I looked at each other.
"Chandler!" Kaitlin interrupted, "want to go to big belly burger with me?"
"Gladly." I said, "Let me guess, a double cheese burger, an order of fries and a slushy for Cisco, two of everything off the dollar menu for Barry, burger for Martin and a jitters for Iris?"
They all applauded my skills. I was getting better. I no longer needed visions to see the small things in the future, like coffee orders or dinner.

Barry Allen came to my apartment that night. He slipped through my window as I sat on my couch watching Harry Potter.
"Chandler?" I whirled around.
"Jesus Chris Barry! I just about had a heart attack!" My hand was on my heart.
"Sorry, I thought you would have seen me coming." Then he noticed my tears.
"This was Conner's favorite." I whispered.
"You guys were together, weren't you?" He asked, sitting down on my worn out couch.
"Not really, but we cared about each other, a lot. All our friends were rooting for us." He grabbed my hands.
"Chandler Perry. You've wasted enough tears on this one." He said, "I have dealt with a lot of grief. I watched my mom die, right in front of me, and when I had the chance to save her I didn't."
"I'm not grieving, I'm just,"
"Regretting." He finished.
I turned to him. His hair was messy from running. He was in street clothes, a button up shirt and jeans. I had an urge to pet his hair, but I suppressed it.
"What are you really doing here, Barry?" I asked him, scooting closer to him on the couch.
"We need to talk about, earlier." He said, "the kiss."
"Okay, let's play twenty questions, I'll start. Do you have feelings for me?"
"Yes, do you have feelings for me?"
"Yes. Do you think it would be too risky to date, considering our... Situation?"
"I never thought it was that big of a deal. You?"
"I don't know, I just don't know." I whispered.
"Do you want to forget about twenty questions?" He asked.
"No. That counts of one of your twenty, by the way." I smirked. "What do you like about me?"
"A lot of things, you care about people, and even when you don't, you try to have control over everything." He grabbed my hand and that melty feeling came back.
" Okay, let's forget twenty questions." I breathed.
For the second time today, I was kissing Barry Allen.
I fell asleep that night to kisses and Harry Potter.
