Hyun looked around, realizing that Su-hyeok wasn't with them. Hyun's heart dropped but she quickly sighed and folded her arms.
"He's probably dead," she shrugged, gaining glares from the others. "Or...he's fighting. He was a bully before all this, so there's a good chance he survived." Hyun then turned to Cheong-san and raised an eyebrow, "Weren't you with him?" Cheong-san looked at Hyun nervously, shaking his head.
"He was behind me." Cheong-san said quietly, causing Hyun to sigh, bringing her knees to her chest. She rested her elbow on her knees and placed her chin in the palm of her hand. Nam-ra knelt down next to Hyun but hesitated, standing back up and stepping away. Hyun looked at her nervous expression, though didn't question her.
Hyun rolled her eyes and stood up, looking at Nam-ra. "Hey."
Nam-ra hummed and looked at Hyun, nervously.
"Su-hyeok will be okay, hm?" Hyun tried to reassure her, which caught Nam-ra off guard. She nodded, though, fiddling with a strand of her hair.
Hyun sighed and wrapped her arms around Nam-ra, not noticing her flinch from that. Nam-ra, though, returned the hug. Over Nam-ra's shoulder, Hyun could see Wu-jin standing near the window. She pulled away from Nam-ra and walked over to Wu-jin.
"Jang?"
Wu-jin glanced at Hyun, "Yeah?"
"What's wrong?" Hyun asked, leaning against the window.
Wu-jin shrugged and sighed, "Just worried."
"It's okay," Hyun said quietly. "We'll be okay. Unless we fucking die... Then we won't."
Wu-jin shot her a glare and shook his head. "Not that. My sister..."
"She's not here," Hyun answered, shrugging. "No worrying for her."
"But what if the zombies spread?" Wu-jin asked. "Or if she doesn't make it?"
"Okay," Hyun sighed in exasperation. "For one, Ha-ri is the best archer in all of Hyosan." Wu-jin chuckled at that, nodding. "Also, Coach is an asshole."
"He is," Wu-jin agreed. "I wish he didn't put so much pressure on Ha-ri."
Hyun shrugged. "Hey, it's how the works works."
"Doesn't have to be," Wu-jin mumbled, looking out the window.
Hyun placed a comforting hand on Wu-jin's shoulder. "Ha-ri will be fine. Coach got what was coming to him. But Ha-ri...never doubt her."
Wu-jin nodded and smiled. "When did you become so nice?"
Hyun shot a glare at Wu-jin. "Don't take this as me being fucking nice!"
Wu-jin laughed softly and shook his head just as Cheong-san walked up to them.
"Hey," Cheong-san said nervously.
Wu-jin nodded and stepped away to let the others talk.
"You ask her out yet?" Hyun asked.
Cheong-san glared at the shorter girl, putting his hands in his pockets. "She has a crush on Su-hyeok."
"Probably because she doesn't know how you feel," Hyun explained. "He's hot, yes, so a lot of girls would want him, not me. But On-jo...I feel like she would ask you if she weren't so afraid of losing your friendship. Think about it."
Hyun said before walking away, leaving Cheong-san speechless.
Hyun noticed Na-yeon, sitting in the corner of the room. Hyun hesitated for a moment before walking up to her, sitting next to her.
