"How long have you been living here?" Freddy asked.
"About a month," Norman answered.
"And you still call her the-girl-next-door? Leave it to me. Before the day is over, you shall know her name."
They were sitting on the porch drinking sodas. At the age of fourteen, Freddy regarded himself as a self-styled man-about-town and an expert on girls.
She walked past them on her way home from school."Hey pretty girl, what is your name?" Freddy shouted.
"Freak," she answered sarcastically.
"Great name for a girl. Have a nice day."
Freddy turned to Norman and said, "told ya. Easy."
