He was imparting these pearls of wisdom to his best friend Alfred as they sat in the bar.
Alfred had just dropped the bomb that he was leaving his wife of ten years and moving in with a younger model named Sharon. There was constant strife in Alfred's marriage, but they always resolved it and found ways to rekindle their love, but not this time.
He took a sip from his brandy and said, "it's a good thing Sharon's property is brick-paved. I have a serious cut-grass allergy."
