Chapter 9

Ryan is back there in that hall hearing Lilly's scream. As his claws rip through her throat. Ryan comes awake covered in a cold sweat. Bonnie is curled next to him still fast asleeping. Ryan gently removes Bonnie's arm from around him. He sits up and wipes his brow with his hand. Then he stands and walks to the bathroom. Ryan turns on the light. He turns the faucet on and splashes his face. He turns off the water and looks at the scars covering his chest and stomach. All almost all received in battle. The ones on his chest were from being captured by Victor when he was sixteen.
"Ryan, are you okay?" asks Bonnie. He looks over to see her sitting up in bed wearing one of his tee shirts. He turned the light off then goes back to bed. Ryan lays down. Bonnie straddles him then runs her hands up and down his chest and along his abs. "You have all this tenchion in your muscles. Did you have a bad dream?" asks Bonnie. Ryan's eyes had know adjusted he could see Bonnie the temptress. Bonnie could feel him getting aroused. She rotates her hips rubbing herself agaisnt him. Ryan places his hand on her hips to stop her sweet torture. "It was a bad dream but your making me forget all about it." said Ryan.
She smiles then leans down and kisses me lightly on the lips. Bonnie bites his lip making him growl lowly. Ryan puts his other hand on her hip. Then runs his hand under her shirt feeling all her warm soft skin. Ryan is surrounded by the smell of strawberries. Bonnie pulls away slightly. Breathing heavily. " We should go back to sleep. I have to be at the shop first thing in the morning. We will finish this later." said Bonnie. She claims off of his lap and cuddles up next to Ryan. He puts his arms around her bringing her closer. Bonnie snuggles agaisnt Ryan her head on his shoulder.
Beep...Beep...Ryan opens his eyes and reaches for the alarm clock. He shuts it off. Bonnie is waking up beside him. She stretches then gets up and walks to the bathroom. Ryan sits up in bed stretching out his stiff muscles. He hears the shower turn on Bonnie walks back and rummaged through her dresser for cloths. She lays out a blouse and a skirt. Ryan gets up and goes to the bathroom an does his business. He washes his hands. Then strips and gets in the shower. The door opens Bonnie steps in. "No fooling around we have to be on time to work today."  said Bonnie. Ryan smirks then brings her under the spry.
Once again they where late. By thirty minutes. She has never been late to work before Ryan came into her life. All he did is touch her in the most intimate places. And she is like putty in his hands. "Bonnie, honey your glowing Ryan is making you so happy." said Zoey. Bonnie looks up from the invoices and buget sheets. She smiles at her mother. "I love him, when I tell him there is panic in his eyes. When we completed the bound between us he said he love's me. Now it's like he is slowly pushing me away." said Bonnie. Zoey shuts the door behind her. She could see by the way Ryan looks at Bonnie that he is completely in love with her. "Don't rush him. He already loves you. Let him say it when he is ready." said Zoey. Bonnie smiles. She stands then goes and hugs her moma. "Be sure to give me lot's of grandchildren." said Zoey. Bonnie laughs.
Zoey turns and opens the door. She makes her way back to counter. Where Ryan taking a order. While Walt is refilling cups. She picks up a pot of coffee and walks around chatting and toping off coffees. They work together effortlessly. When Bonnie comes out of the office a couple hours later it's to see Brittany flirting shamelessly with Ryan. Who desperately trying to get away from her. Ryan is doing everything in his power to discourage her attempts to seduce him. Walt has seen enough Ryan needs help getting Brittany to leave him alone.
"Brittany, leave him be. He is mated to my sister. You know the rules back off." said Walt. Brittany snorts in disbelief any man would die to be with her for just one night. All the handsome ones are taken. "What about you Walt want to take me somewhere private and have your way with me." asks Brittany. Walt snorts with disgust. "I've found my mate. I'm only hers and no one else's." said Walt. Bonnie could see Evelyn blushing. She feels Ryan's gaze on her. She looks over at him to see. He is starring at her with lust in eyes and confusion.
"You ass you should ask for a moment alone and ravage her. Ryan she isn't going to wait forever for you to confess your love for her. You don't want her to think it's all about sex. Do you?" asks Gel. Ryan is on his break he decided to go for a walk around town. As he walks pack members say hello to him and nod in greeting. He heads deeper into town where more shops are. He doesn't want to lose Bonnie he loves her. "Gel, I love her with all my heart. I need to tell her in a special way. How about a picnic near the river?" said Ryan. Gel howls in agreement! Ryan feels as if he is walking on air. He goes to the grocery store and gets food for a picnic. He gets a basket to hold all the food and a bottle of wine. He passes a book store, hardware, salon, barber shop, Jesse's pizza palace, and Sarah clothing outlet. Ryan goes back to the coffee shop basket in hand. He walks in to find Evelyn caged between Walt and the counter. She is pleasantly flushed. Walt has a smirk on his face. They look over as the door closes. "Were is Bonnie?" asks Ryan. Evelyn trys to worm free. "She is in the back doing inventory." said Walt. Ryan smirks. "Sorry to intrupt. I'm taking Bonnie on a picnic by the river. Could you make sure no one comes that way for the afternoon?" asks Ryan. Walt nods. Evelyn's eyes glaze over. Then she blinks and she is back. "Your way is clear. Good luck pulling her away from work." said Evelyn.
Ryan smiles at that he loves convincing Bonnie to do things his way. He walks in the back to see old Joe at the door way to the pantry. When he sees Ryan he smiles and walks away. He goes to the door. There she is clipboard in hand writing down every item in the pantry. "We are going to need more flour and more coffee beans." said Bonnie. Ryan could see that she totally focused on her work. Its time to get her flustered. " Bonnie, you need a break." said Ryan. Bonnie jumps a foot in the air. She clutches her heart.
"Dame it Ryan. You scared the hell out if me." said Bonnie. Ryan smiles and shifts the basket in his hand. She looks at it with interest. " I had an idea of us having a picnic by the river. How does that sound?" asks Ryan. She puts down the clipboard then comes to him. She stands on tip toe she puts her arms around his neck and gives him a peck on the lips. Ryan wants more he keeps her in his arms and bring's her in for another kiss. He nibbles her bottom lip then suckles it. Bonnie moans softly. Then his lips are on hers burning with need and lust. He pulls back breathing heavily. Bonnie is dazed by him yet again. "Come on a picnic with me."said Ryan. She is done with the inventory. "Okay, let's go on a picnic." said Bonnie.
They leave the coffee shop and get into Ryan's Ford Ranger. He puts the keys in the ignition and cranks it up. Then they both buckle up and drive off. "Ryan, which river are you taking me to?" asks Bonnie. He glances over at her to see her looking at him with curiosity. " We are going by the one that has the water fall. Is that good a spot?" asksbRyan. Bonnie leans forward and kisses Ryan on the cheek. Ryan turns his head to capture her lips with his. In a lingering kiss that held love an
and secerts. Bonnie pulls back slightly dazed by Ryan.
Ryan's grip on the wheel tightens. He is hard for her already. It has gone past just lust. It has flowed into that I refuse to live without her. Her touch. Her laughter. Her presence. Just being with Bonnie fills me with happiness and love. "Eye's on the road mister." said Bonnie. Out breath. The air is thick with there arousal. They made it  to the river around two-thrity in the afternoon. Ryan pulls off the road on to a field. He stops the truck and puts the truck in park. "You can go a little further in if you want. You can go all the way to the trees without problem." said Bonnie.
Ryan starts up the truck again and drives up to the trees like Bonnie said. He put the truck in park. He cut the engine then pulled the keys from the ignition. He opens his door and gets out. Bonnie grabs the picnic basket as she got out. Ryan reaches behind the seats and pulls out two huge blankets. Bonnie laughs when she sees the blankets. He thinks he is getting lucky. " What? We will be more comfortable sitting on two blankets then one." said Ryan.
He walks up to Bonnie. She smiles at him then places her hand on his chest rubes it up and down. "Really you weren't going to try and get in my pants. I find that hard to believe. Seeing that bulge in your pants" said Bonnie. Ryan laughs he takes her hand and leads her to the river. They head to the river. They hear the fall before they see it. As they came around the bushes the river unfolded before their eyes. "This is good spot." said Bonnie. Ryan let's go of Bonnie's hand lays out the blankets. Bonnie sits down the basket in the middle of the blacket. Then she sits down beside it. Ryan sits down on the other side of the basket. He looks at the water fall. Bonnie's hand finds his and squeezes his hand. She opens the basket to find fruit and cheese. Also two flutes and wine. "Well you thought of everything didn't you. Wine, food, and beautiful place to enjoy it." said Bonnie. Ryan smiles leans over the basket Bonnie meets hin half way. Bonnie nibbles Ryan's lip gently bites it harder. Causing him to moan. They kiss passionately. They pull away both breathing heavily. Bonnie takes the wine and pops the cork. Ryan bring's out the food. Places it on paper plates beside them.
A couple hours later they have drank the wine and ate the food. The are sitting on the blanket talking. "What made you bring me out here?" said Bonnie. Ryan looks down at her. She is laying down her head in my lap. " I wanted to do something special today. So I could tell you that. I Love you Bonnie. With all my heart." said Ryan. Bonnie smiles then sits up. Then hugs me. "I love you too." said Bonnie. She pulls back then gentle kisses him passionately.
GRROWL! We both jumped to our feet looking around there across  the river is the  boundary. Standing there a huge pitch black wolf standing with a brown wolf. There is at least twenty wolf's all together. The leader starts to shift they could hear his bones breaking from here. Soon squatted down is Victor . He stands up. Ryan steps in front of Bonnie he didn't want her to be seen by him. But it is to late. " I'll kill your mate like you killed mine. Then I'll kill you. Your new pack will not save you from my rage."  said Victor. He turns and walks away. Bonnie grabs Ryan's arm his hand is fisted. " Don't do anything stupid? We should get back to the pack house. I'll let the Alph know what just happened." said Bonnie. "Dad, Ryan and I just saw a Rouge pack at the boarder. Its the one that's after Ryan. They aren't passing into our territory. We are on our way back to the pack house now." said Bonnie. "Ok honey. I'll send some warriors to make sure they don't double back on us." said Luis.
