The Mandatory Meeting

Chapter 21

       Ryan is still in shock he sits in silence. On the way back to the pack house. He didn't talk to Bonnie at all. She and Evelyn where just behind them in Evelyn's car. How is she here now? He doesn't really remember her. Except for impression like her scent and laughter. They where all so young when she left them at the ophrange. As they pull up at the pack house. Walt glances at Ryan to see him clenching his jaw. He pulls the keys from the ignition. Then opens his door and steps out. As Ryan gets out he notices Ashley and Colton. Getting out of a small beaten up Dodge Charger. Evelyn pulls in on the other side of Walt. She and Bonnie get out of her car. She goes to Walt who standing in front of his suv. Bonnie goes to Ryan who is standing stiffly by Walt looking at Ashley and Colton. She goes to him and hugs him gently. Ryan relaxes in Bonnie's embrace he hugs her back. "Well deal with this together." Bonnie said. Ryan closes his eye's taking comfort in her word's. Ashley eye's narrow at the brunette that is hugging her son. No way in hell is she taking him from me not when I just got him back. Which ever one it is? Colton looks to where Ashley is looking. To see Ryan and a woman hugging each other both seem happy together. But he has seen that look on Ashley face before. She is going to start trouble for them he had to warn them.

     Bonnie leads Ryan to the woods to shift they go in a little way's. Ryan should be healed enough to shift once. They turn and go for a run that should get him to talk. Hopefully he is healed enough to shift. Unforeseen problems he needs it all out. Bonnie turn towards him and place her hand's. On his shoulders to get Ryan to relax. "Come on let's run this bad mood off." Bonnie said. They both undress then quickly shift. Both of them place there clothe's on top of a stump. They are both fully shifted. They run and roll around. Each trying to pin the other. Bonnie swipes at Ryan's chest to get him off her. He gently shifts his weight off her. Then Bonnie lunges for the scuff of Ryan's neck. They roll again Bonnie land's on top of him. "Give up I got you! You can't get up." Bonnie said. Ryan lightly nips her paw. To get her to let him up. Ryan growls playfully at Bonnie. She snorts in replay. " Are you ready to talk now? You where in complete shock. From your mom you didn't know. That she was alive." Bonnie said. "She is right we all thought that she was dead. If she wasn't so full of herself then maybe Lilly would be alive. And Alec may have not become so twisted and cruel." Ryan said. Grace and Bonnie both snort in disbelief. Ryan comes closer to Bonnie and snuggles into her neck. She rubs her head into the scuff of Ryan's neck. Both Gel and Ryan relax completely Grace and Bonnie both snort in disbelief again. They run back to the stump. We change at the same time. Both of us fall to our knees in pain. Ryan breathing becomes less rattling.

     Ryan and Bonnie walk into the pack house. To hear mumer's of conversations all around them. Bonnie looks around till she locates her mother and father. Who are deep in conversation with Ashley. Colton is a few feet from Ashley. He is looking around with interest. Eyeing the people around him. Ryan looks at him and Colton returns the same look of curiosity. Zoey looks up then locks eye's with Bonnie and I. Bonnie leads Ryan over to her moma and dad. Luis looks up as they come to a halt in front of him. I can see that Ryan is in shock. He will give both Ashley and Colton a place in the pack. After all he didn't have the heart to turn them away. A mother and child in desperate need. Of protection they clearly have been through hell in a hand basket.

     Luis looks around seeing the whole pack gathered in the huge sitting area. He glances at Ryan to see him standing tence and alert. His arm is around Bonnie's shoulder. She had her arm's around Ryan's torso. Zoey comes to Luis and takes his hand. She whispers. "She can't tell Ryan from Alec. You should have seen the expersion on Ryan's face. Completely stunned and anger." Zoey said. Luis bring's her hand to him. Then brushes his lip's over her knuckles. With that he pulls her to him. Luis clears his throat causing a hush to spread around the room. Everyone looks to the Alph and Luna. All the warriors are standing around Ryan and Bonnie. Zoey squeezes Luis around the waist then let's him go. Luis steps forward. " We have discovered an conspiracy within our very society. That wants to destroy everything we have accomplished through the generations. They wish to destroy our way of life. Henry calls his pack the Black Star pack. He has been over throw by his pack. Victor has taken comtrol. We do not know who is leading them. They are gathering those rogue's that want. Vengeance against us for all the wrongs. That have ever happened to them. They wish to destroy our law's. That have protected us for generations. This dark plan is to turn all the rogue's to his way of governing." Luis said. Whispering broke through out the room. Zoey clears her throat to gain the room's attention. Slowly the room quiets down. When at last the room is quite. Luis runs his hand over his morning stubble. Zoey looks at Luis to see him thinking. He blicks and his eyes clear. "We have discovered this plot early. We are going to send the word out requesting for more warriors. The closes pack is Moon Star. We will send this message out as soon as possible. Till then our warriors will be protroling our territory. And I ask the young children to stay close to town for there own safety. I ask our Elders to help watch the children. So they can't sneak out of town limits. This meeting is now over. Enjoy the rest of your day." Luis said.
