Walk Away

Merideth's Perspective

"Are you blind. Did you not see the damn private property sign!" Derek yelled.

"Oh no. I saw. I just really didn't give a damn." I said and stepped forward. 

"You remind me a familiar person," He looked at Stiles," get off the property." 

"Why should I?" I asked and pushed his shoulder.

"Because I said." Derek said and pushed my shoulder back.

"Whatever I've got better things to do then fight with a woodmen like you!" I turned around and Stiles and Scott were right there. Derek grabbed my shoulder.

"Oh,and don't come back."

I slapped his hand and harshly pushed past Stiles and Scott. I got back on the main road and skateboarded home. It started pouring again. I arrived at my house and walked through the door. I shut it and walked into my room. I hung my skateboard on my wall and took off my beanie. I untied my shoes and took off my flannel. I went down stairs and my dad was on the couch. 

"Would you like to tell me who the hell those boys were and why they were here? Or maybe the reason you were not in school?" He asked.

"Those were my friends. They were here because I had a panic attack and ran home. But they followed me to make sure I was okay. I was out of school because I had a panic attack."

"Okay well I'm glad you have new friends." He said and gave me a hug.

"Thanks dad." I let go of the hug.

"So what's for dinner."

"Wanna order some pizza?" He asked.

"Sure." I said and called the pizza place. I made my order and collected the money and set it on the counter for when the delivery guy got here. I went into my room and though about today. 

How the hell did Scott and Stiles know Derek. And why did Scott's eyes turn yellow when I was arguing with Derek. He didn't tell me everything. Everything we talked about earlier supposedly  covered everything I wanted to know which was everything. Those liars. 

Ding

Dong

I went down stairs and grabbed the money. I gave the guy his money and grabbed the pizza. 

"Have a goodnight." He said

"Thanks you too." I said back. I closed the door and walked into the kitchen. I set the pizza on the counter and took a piece.

"Dad the pizza's here!" 

"Okay. I'm coming!" He yelled back. I got him a slice and handed it to him. 

~Time Skip~

I finished my amount of pizza and went to take a shower. 

I finished taking a shower and got in my pajamas. I went to bed thinking about what do to tomorrow. 

~Next Morning~

I woke up and put on a white tank top. I slipped my blue sweatshirt on and pulled my black folded shorts. I put socks on and slipped my silver and black Osiris shoes on. I put my moms necklace on and grabbed my backpack. I picked up my all black skateboard and put my black Fly Society on backwards and opened my window. I jumped out and skateboarded to school. 

Before I fell asleep I decided I would ignore everybody but the teachers. I arrived at the school and got off my board. I walked in and went to my locker. I put my board in and grabbed my books, closing my locker after. I turned around and there stood Scott. I pushed past him and went to my first class and sat in the corner. Scott walked in and sat by me.

"Hunter what's wrong? Why did you ignore me?" He asked.

"Oh I don't know? Probably because I can and need to." I plugged in my ear phones and turned on my music. I turned it up all the way and leaned back in my seat.
