Merideth's Perspective

I looked and saw that my skirt changed into black torn skinny jeans, my white shoulder shirt became a black converse crop top with a red and grey faux leather zip up jacket . My boots were now half way up my calf and hunting boots. They were laced and the laces hung. I looked up and Peter was looking at me funny.

I pulled the hood over my now dark and light blue, with a hint of white, and looked at him evilly. I shifted and howled. There were two distant howls and a high pitched screech. In the matter of minutes Derek, Scott and Becca stood behind me. I turned around and snapped my fingers. A sticky notepad and blue ink pen were in my hand. I wrote on the sticky note my hand writing messy.

Just scare him off for now.

I showed it to Scott, Derek, and Becca. They nodded and Scott and Derek shifted. Becca and I linked arms and walked up to Peter.

"Now Mr.Peter, on a scale of one to ten would you rate your stupidity?" Becca asked as if it were a riddle. Ya see, Becca was always the trickster for words. She could distract you with apposing questions long enough to gain tactics and strike.

"Judging by your hair I don't think you should be asking that question." Peter states calmly.

"Oo. We've got a sarcastic one here today." Becca said and leaned towards me.

"So why are you so special? How are you no different then poor defenseless Stiles?" Peter asked Becca.

"That's it!" I yelled and unhooked my arm from Becca's, stepping forward,"Stiles is not defenseless! In fact he's a hell of a lot nicer then you'll ever be! He's got brains! What do you have other then your narcissistic attitude and snarky comments, huh?"

I was pist now. And my anger issues flooded out and hit him like a punch to the face, but not caring, I kept going.

"The only reason your not dead meat is because your oh-so-bad Peter Werewolf! You would probably be dead if it was for your stupid ass supernatural side, huh? At least my mates can stand by my side no matter what my past is or what I am!" I yelled and pushed him back with every criticism.

"My niece actually has the scenes to talk back to her uncle. More then her older brother." He said and I stopped dead in my tracks.

"What did you the fuck did you just say?" I mumbled quietly.

"My niece has a beautiful appearance but her mouth needs some washing." Peter said. I grabbed him by the collar of his drench coat and leaned into his face.

"All of my family died in a fire. I have no family other than my step-dad!" I yelled.

"Oh Merideth. You're a Hale. Not a Hunter." He said back.

"No because no one else made it out of the fire." I mumbled and looked down.

"Yeah two other's did, Derek and I." He said.

All of a sudden my vision went white.

A mansion. A beautiful brown mansion. A mansion that held a big family. My family. I saw Derek run by. But this Derek...this Derek was younger. He was younger, around 13. A little girl with fire red ombre hair ran up to Derek and jumped into his arms.

"Hey Merideth. How'd you're vampire training go?" Derek asked as he picked up the toddler.

"Der-ber!" She yelled and climbed onto his shoulder.

Another girl around Merideth's age came up looked at them. Merideth climbed down and stood next to the black haired girl.

"Der-ber this is my frend Becca." She said and draped her arm over the girls' shoulder.
