Merideth's Perspective
The stump had a black ugly ivy growing on it. I stuck my hand out and all of a sudden one of the pieces of ivy pulled on my wrist. It wrapped it's self around my wrist and pulled on my arm. I put my foot on the edge of the trunk and pulled against the ivy. All of a sudden the ivy was gone and not pulling on my arm. I fell on my ass and my breathing picked up. I looked around and saw Derek running towards me with Becca running after him.
"No don't stop she needs her space! Derek!" Becca yelled but then gave up, and stopped running after Derek.
"Merideth! Are you okay!?" He asked and helped me up.
"Yeah...fine." I mumbled, still taking in that there was no black ivy on the stump.
"Come'ere." He said and opened his arms.
"Derek." I mumbled and walked into his chest. I cried and nuzzled my head into his chest.
"It's okay. I'm not gonna leave you ever again. Ever." He said and smoothed my hair.
I looked up at Derek and all of a sudden his fangs were showing and his eyes were icy blue. I tried to get out of his grip but his hands tightened around my arms. I closed my eyes and then Derek was back to normal and looking at me with concern in his eyes.
"Merideth?" He asked.
"Derek it won't stop!" I yelled and sat next to him with my hands in my hair, slightly tugging at it.
"What won't go away?" Derek asked.
"These...These hallucinations." I said.
"What have the hallucinations consisted of?"
"The first one was the stump. It was covered in black ivy and when I touched it...it grabbed my wrist. The second one...you were about to something to me." I said and looked up at him.
"What's something?"
"You were about to do something to me with your supernatural power." I said and released my hair.
"Merideth I will never hurt you. Okay? Never." He said and stood up, lending his hand. I grabbed his hand and stood up. I released and pulled my hood over my head stuffing my hands in my pockets. I looked down and walked next to Derek.
We walked back to the mansion and everyone was still there. I snapped my fingers and the same sticky notepad and blue pen popped into my hand. I wrote on it and handed it to Stiles.
Meet me at my house is 20 minutes. We need to talk.
I got in my car and drove out of the woods. I made it to the rode and revved the engine. I put it in second gear and drove towards my house. I quickly arrived and put it in park. I turned it off and got out. I ran into my house and to my room. My dad wasn't home so I slammed the door and screamed. I grabbed my lamp and threw it on the ground, still screaming.
I ripped the blanket on my bed with my claws and ripped the pillows too. I threw the glass jar that was on my desk against the wall and watched the shards fall to the ground. I grabbed the text books and composition books that were on my desk on the floor and then picked up the picture frame on my desk. I threw it on the ground and then fell next to it my claws still out and my fangs grown. My vision was red and bulging. After a couple seconds it was back to normal but this time tears were falling. I heard the sound of a loud engine and a door slam shut outside. I heard the front door to my house open and then slam shut.
The loud sound of foot steps quickly full filled the silence. My door burst opened and revealed Stiles. He saw the wreck I made and his jaw slowly fell. I whimpered ; thinking he would be mad at me. He looked down and me then another hallucination rolled in.
Stiles raised his hand walked towards me. I quickly backed up and screamed. I closed my eyes and then opened them back up. Stiles was following me with his hands up in defense. Showing he wouldn't harm me. I sighed and closed my eyes.
Stiles sat next to me and pulled me onto his lap.
"Stiles, why am I three on the list?" I asked my eyes still closed.
"Wh-"
"Why am I three instead of the like....a millionth?"
"Because your not even close to ugly. You are the third because you stunning." He said and kissed my hair.
I opened my eyes and sat turned on his lap. I had my knees bent and my wrists draped over them.
"Can we walk and talk?" I asked.
"Yea, sure." He said and helped me up. I put my hand down to help him up and he accepted it standing up. I opened my window and put my right leg out and then crawled forward a bit, dragging my left leg with me. I stood up and jumped off the roof. Stiles crawled out and jumped next to me. We walked to the side walk. We started walking along it and I glanced at him.
"So you know I have more then werewolf and human, so I'm also a vampire and my eyes change color with my mood." I sighed.
He stopped walking and I turned to him.
"Are you okay?" I mumbled, worried that he didn't accept me.
"I guess. I mean I just found out that the second girl of my dreams is a freak." He said and rubbed his hair. That's when my worries came to life. I tried to talk but didn't trust my voice. I pulled my hood over my head and stuffed my hands in my pockets. I kept walking and left Stiles there, on his own. I heard his slow footsteps behind me sped up I rounded the corner and hid behind a line of trashcans. I saw him run past so I stood up and walked the other way. I reached the core of the town and walked past the stores, occasionally looking in the windows, seeing something I'd liked.
I was walking past an alley when I was pulled into the alley and I started to get lightheaded. I blacked out right before I saw a bag be pulled over my head.
