    "I'm so glad you finally get to see her in concert," Bella exaggerated.

I was on the phone with my best friend Bella, as I was walking up to the venue.
I still remember the first La Lune song I heard. She's been a huge queer icon for me since 2018, and ever since I've been a big fan.

"I'm almost inside, I'll call you after," I said as I hung up.

I took a deep breath before walking in. As I was scanning my ticket, I could hear the opening act for the concert. I got barricade, so it's probably not a good idea for me to be this late.

Once I was in, I pushed through all the bodies, this was risky but I needed to be so close I could see her pores. I didn't wait this long to not get the full experience.

"Are y'all ready for my girl Lune?!" He yelled.

The crowd behind me cheered loudly, as the lights went low. The anticipation grew. I felt my heart beat fast as I waited for the love of my life.

I saw her walk onto the stage. The crowd went wild as she stared into the crowd, holding her guitar.

As she scanned the room, she set her eyes on me. It didn't feel real.

Out of impulse, I awkwardly waved, I didn't even think she was looking at me until she waved back.

I audibly screamed as she smirked and walked the other direction.

She started playing the first song "Not Into You" alongside her band.

I pulled out my phone and started recording, this was literally my favorite song.

As she sang the chorus, everyone sang along. But right after it was done, no one knew the lyrics to the rest of the song.

Fake fans.

I kept singing along, which seemed to catch her attention. She walked over to me as she kept singing.

She sat crisscross on the stage to level with me.

We both smiled as we sang the song.

I put my phone higher up to capture this moment, but as I raised it,

She lowered my hand and grabbed my phone.

I didn't know what was happening but I figured I would keep singing along.

Her eyes stayed on mine and It felt like time stopped.

I could feel all the eyes on me.

And we were so close, I thought she would lean in and kiss me.

I can't wait to tell Bella about this.

After the concert, It was pretty late. As I stepped out of the venue, I rang Bella because I didn't know who else to call.

The phone rang and she never answered.
She was most likely sleeping.

I left a voicemail "Hey Bells, I don't know how to get home, I tried uber but my reception is bad, please answer," I cried.

I was alone and it was late.

I stood there for a good ten minutes in the cold.

Then I heard a car beeping.

I turned around to see a black car with heavily tinted windows

"Hey!" I heard from inside the car.

Then I saw a hand waving through the window.

I hesitantly approached the car and looked to see who it was

"You need a ride?" she asked.

I smiled instantly and nodded my head.

She opened the door to let me in.

"I loved your show by the way! And the moment we had! Oh my G-"

"Save it," She let out

I stayed quiet after she interrupted me.

"Word of advice?" she asked

I turned my head to face her.

"Try not to be such a try hard," She let out

How rude.

They say never meet your heroes. Now I know what they mean.

I gave her my address and the car ride home was quiet.

As she was pulling in the driveway, I felt something near my foot, I picked it up and saw it was a bracelet.

I quickly put it in my pocket.

"We're here," she said.

"Thanks so much Lune," I spoke

"It's Billie," She replied.

"You don't have to call me by my stage name when I'm not on stage," She said in an annoyed tone

"Sorry" I mumbled as I stepped out.

As I was unlocking the front door, I looked back and she was still in the drive way

I made a confused face

And she yelled out "just waiting for you to go inside"

I smiled and replied "awe you care about me,"

Then she flipped me off and drove away.

Whatever. This is probably some weird dream.

I went inside and immediately headed for my bed. I need sleep.
