As you descended the stairs of the train station with your group, Ethan's voice cut through the unease, questioning the wisdom of their plan.

"Is this even a good plan?" Ethan's skepticism hung in the air, casting a shadow on everyone's confidence.

Tara, ever the optimist, responded, "You don't have to come if you don't want to."

Ethan's doubts persisted, his frustration clear as he countered, "So we just peel off, and the killer picks us off one by one? No, thank you."

You couldn't help but find him annoying at this moment, his skepticism amplifying the already palpable tension.

In an attempt to maintain focus, Sam took the lead, pointing to a train packed with people. "Let's just get to the theater. Come on, in here," she urged the group, attempting to keep the momentum going.

Chad, in his usual sarcastic tone, chimed in, "Ah yes, because it'll be much less scary. At the serial killer movie theater."

However, the train you were supposed to board was packed with passengers coming and going.

It was crowded to the point where you weren't sure if you'd all fit.

Fearing you might get separated, Ethan held your hand tightly, ensuring you wouldn't be pulled away in the crowd.

Amidst the chaos, Mindy panicked, her voice rising in distress. "Chad! Chad!" she cried, unable to make it onto the train.

Pushing through the throngs of people, you and Ethan reached Mindy, who was anxious and in need of support.

Ethan placed a reassuring hand on her shoulder, attempting to calm her frayed nerves.

However, Mindy's reaction took a more unexpected turn. She recoiled from Ethan, hissing, "Get your Ghostface ass away from me, Ghostface," before noticing your presence and desperately pulling you toward her for safety.

You tried to mediate the situation, advising, "Mindy, relax, it's better to stick together."

But Mindy, consumed by paranoia, persisted in her unfounded accusations, even claiming Ethan was Ghostface. Frustration boiled over, and you couldn't hold back your anger.

"He's not. Just stop accusing innocent people of being Ghostface, even your own girlfriend and Quinn, who were both innocent and died. I'm so done with your bullshit," you admonished her, hoping she would grasp the weight of her baseless claims.

Mindy's hurt was evident in her eyes as she retreated to the other side of the station, making you feel a twinge of guilt. However, the truth had to be spoken.

You turned your attention to Ethan, wanting to check on how he was coping with the situation. "You alright?"

"Yeah, it's fine," he replied, although the disappointment in his eyes lingered.

When the train eventually arrived, you boarded, yet the unease prevailed. Even though Mindy managed to get on the train, she maintained a safe distance from Ethan, perpetuating an air of tension.

Standing in the train, reflecting on the tension within your group, you sighed. Turning to Ethan, who stood nearby, you commented, "She's so childish, we have to stick together."

Ethan responded sympathetically, "Hey, I don't blame her after what you guys went through last year."

Your contemplation persisted. "Yeah, but you don't see me acting like this."

Ethan offered a perspective on Mindy's actions that you hadn't considered.

"Don't be so hard on her. She lost her girlfriend. If I lost you, you don't even know what I would do; I would go crazy."
