Things are starting to go south

It was early in the morning some days had gone by most of the people in the town hated the pirate crew even more than before but so many people were angry with the king the most and everyone noticed that Regulus didn't come out of the castle for a good while or so he felt so bad of what happened and knew that the whole darker side of the town for sure hates him, however, the hate on James Potter the pirate captain was quite a lot but the hate was harder than ever. Something had to be done about this not a lot of people knew about the plan that Bellatrix made with Lucius and the boy named Pettigrew but Snape did know about it this was the reason they needed for the plan to start and Severus was the one who was meant to give the piece of paper with the go-ahead of the plan he is only doing this because his blood was boiling so much and he could hear everyone talking about the scandal between Sirius and Remus but also talking about the scandal with Regulus having relations with James Potter and it was why Snape's blood was boiling so much he didn't like how James did this all behind Lily's back the person he has loved for years and it was why his blood was boiling so much and the reason why he was going to the place where the assassins were.

The place where the assassins were was before where the Black sister's store was but instead of Snape going straight forward to the store he would turn the corner to the assassin's place while Severus was walking down the place he could see all of the broken buildings he knew this was where all of the assassins lived it was the best place for them to stay out of sight since they were people who didn't want to be seen in the whole town they were private people but would always see them in the bar while that's what Snape thought since he was someone who was normally being busy being a potion brewer and all Snape kept on walking. He could see all of the assassins getting ready for their missions and some of them noticed Severus by the long cape he normally wears but some of the assassins were wondering why he was here in the place that they call home.

It wasn't long until Severus got to a house it was broken down it was to the point where you couldn't see anyone in the place but not a lot of people knew that someone lived there in the house so once he got to the door Snape would knock on it the first time no one came to the door so he knocked on the door again but as before no one answered the door Severus was getting a bit annoyed at this point so he knocks on the door once again but this time he shouts "Pettigrew are you in there or what!? If so open the bloody door!" This time someone came to the door and opened it up "O-O-Oh! Severus! I d-d-didn't k-k-know you were c-c-coming! Come in! C-C-Come in!" The assassin would move out of the way to let Snape in and the boy would shut the door. While walking through the building Severus could see the assassin was able to make a home in this broken-down house he couldn't understand how at all but he wasn't one to ask that kind of question if the two were in what looked like the living room but it was hard to tell for Snape however the assassin did come into the living room to see Severus look on his face.

The boy with the last name of Pettigrew was quite skinny, he had short mousy brown hair and blue eyes he was wearing a white shirt with a sweater over the shirt that looked like a hoodie of sorts but not completely at the same time he had black trousers but there were some holes in them but the holes were sort of hard to see in some places but in other places, you can see the holes in them with a pair of shoes that were quite old or well they did at first before you could tell they were quite new however he didn't wear gloves a lot like some others since he didn't like them but Snape was looking at Pettigrew "I think you know why I'm here Peter.." Peter then looked Severus in the eyes trying to play dumb "N-N-No I don't k-k-know why you here S-S-Snape!" Severus then gave Peter a death stare before Peter started to laugh a bit but Snape was having none of this "Peter you playing dumb won't work with me I know you know the whole town knows! So drop the act!"

Peter would stop laughing and he looked at Snape right in the eyes "You know me too well! Of course, I know we all know! About Regulus' little affair with that sea captain...he is as bad as his brother when it comes to that pirate captain!" Snape looked at Peter a bit with a look he rarely gives but Peter knew that look "What? Why are you giving me that look, Severus?" Snape sighed a bit "I wouldn't think you would say something like to two people you saw them as your friends before Pettigrew that is all..." Peter looked at Snape while smirking "You just needed a reason to come here to place that order in. Right? Of me getting rid of James? So you can have Lily all to yourself. Right?" Severus gave Peter another death glare "That is not why I am here that's his fault besides Lily has probably broken things off with Potter and I would never do that to her as well." Peter's smirk then left his face after Snape said that.

Severus went over to what looked like the fireplace and Peter went over to him Peter was a bit confused about what was going on and why Snape went over to the fireplace but Peter would speak up "What is this about...Snape..?" Severus then looked at Peter with a little smile on his face "Oh so you don't know about the whole situation with Sirius? He brought a mermaid here so when Bellatrix found out about the mermaid being in the town she called Sirius out and told everyone about it also knowing about Regulus' affair a lot of the town didn't like our new king for this reason because it was with a pirate! So there is a reason why I am here Pettigrew..." Snape was smiling a tiny bit before Peter looked at Severus before he spoke "What are you trying to say...?" Severus then took a piece of paper out of his pocket and gave it to Peter "The long-awaited order to be filled that Lucius and Bellatrix talked to you about some time ago with Lucius." Peter then looked up at Snape scared he didn't know what to say he didn't want to open up the piece of paper that conversion between the three happened ages ago but he looked back up at Snape a little bit shaken.

Severus noticed Peter's look on his face "Scared as always but you should be up to the task, either way, that's all I'm here for I hope you don't disappoint us and do the job right Pettigrew." Peter then quickly nodded his head to Snape he didn't know what to say because he didn't realize because of the whole affair that Regulus had with James this plan would go ahead so he was quite scared. Severus would then start walking away from the fireplace "I will see myself out I hope you have a nice day today Peter." Peter then looked at where Snape was "Yeah a-a-alright um I hope you a-a-also have a nice day S-S-Severus!" Snape had gone over to the building door opened it and closed it behind and it was only Peter in his rundown of a place that he called home.

Peter opened up the piece of paper that Snape gave him once he saw the words on the piece of paper he gulped so loudly he had never gulped that loudly in his life he couldn't believe this was the thing that he, Lucius, and Bellatrix talked about ages ago this was happening he was shaking so much he didn't know if he could do this mission he could feel his hands shaking a lot so he put the piece of paper down he looked so scared for his life he was starting to regret this whole job as an assassin "I need a drink...they want me to kill the king...oh god...I don't know if I can do it...they want me to kill Regulus.." he was sweating so much "I n-n-need to talk to s-s-someone about t-t-this...but to w-w-who...?" Peter didn't know what to do but he decided to try and throw the piece of paper away he just seemed to can't so he put the piece of paper down "I think...I will j-j-just go to the b-b-b-bar..." So that's what he decided to do he would go out of his house and just go to the bar to forget this whole situation.

Once Peter had got to the bar he noticed someone sitting at the bar so he went over to the guy Peter knew he was a fellow assassin so he sat next to the guy Peter looked at the bartender and the bartender knew what Peter wanted so said nothing and went to make his drink Peter didn't know what to say to the guy but the fellow assassin had short straw color hair, his skin was quite pale and on his face were freckles but it was hard to see them but he didn't wear what Peter wear the assassin wore all black but he had his hood up so no one could see his face once the bartender came back with Peter's drink and that was when the assassin noticed Peter "What brings you here Peter?" Peter looked at the assassin but he would say nothing he mumbled something quietly that the guy didn't hear. The guy was looking at Peter "Pettigrew bloody answer me!" Peter then looks at the guy "It's complicated Barty..." The assassin named Barty would raise an eyebrow or two at Peter "What do you mean by that?" Peter would drink a bit of his drink "It's the mission I was been given to do..."

Barty would drink some of his drink he had already drank a bit of it "What was the mission you got to do?" That was when Peter lowered his voice and spoke "I got the message of getting rid of the king..." Barty's eyes widen when Peter says "You're joking right!? You have to be joking!? You got that message from that psycho of a Black siren witch!?" Peter would sight a tiny bit "Y-Y-Yes! I feel like I can't do this mission I need someone else to take it on Barty!" Barty would drink more of his drink before he even answered that then he put his cup down "No way Pettigrew! No one else will take it for reasons! You have to do it for sure you can't back out of it at this point!" Peter sighed some more then Barty put his money down and got off the seat "I need to go anyway I have a job to do so see you around Peter" he then left the bar and Peter was there all by himself feeling like he couldn't do and want to back out of this mission but he knew that he couldn't at all.
