Some days had gone by and they were back on land at the town people had clearly found out about the battle that happened so they were all there waiting for them to get off the ship but also people wanted to see if everyone was okay so some crew members got the plank out and they let Remus get off the ship with Sirius' help once they got down off the ship people wanted to ask Remus if he was okay and that however Sirius noticed how overwhelmed Remus was to this so Sirius would protect him and told people that Remus was okay that was when Lily with helping James out got off the ship people noticed them right away and the attention was off Sirius and Remus people were asking Lily if James was okay Lily had to tell them that James is going to be okay then some of the crew came off with Regulus and Mary behind them more being as protection people saw both the princess and king surprised they were part of the battle finally Marlene came down with her own pirate captain hat that James made while coming back people noticed and they started to whisper between each other.

Marlene would speak to the whole crowd "I took charge of the battle that happened out at sea and if it didn't happen not a lot of us would be alive right now at this moment in time it was a chaotic and high-rated battle since it was with the siren witch Bellatrix Lestrange and prince Lucius Malfoy! They didn't make it easy but we made it out alive some didn't make it out alive and we grieve for the families that have lost them but they were brave people to give up their lives to save the famous pirate Sirius Black and the mermaid Remus Lupin! That was our main mission to get them back and they are back and out of those wicked people's arms!" The crowd cheered quite loudly Marlene smiled seeing James walking off with Lily he gave a smile to Marlene and she smiled back at him.

Regulus was looking all around for Bellatrix in the crowd and he couldn't find sighed in being annoyed however they did find Barty Crouch Jr the royal staff had him hold down Regulus noticed the royal staff members so Regulus went over to them the whole crowd noticed what Regulus was doing Barty had his head down so he didn't see Regulus so he put Barty's head up to look at Regulus and he just spoke with the whole crowd watching "You are BANISHED from this town you helped out Bellatrix Lestrange of the murder of me, kidnapping my brother and trying to murder the mermaid Remus also caging him like some sort of animal!" The crowd cheered loudly Barty tried to say something but Regulus death stared then he looked at the royal staff members "Put him on a ship that will be taking the rest of the banish assassins." the royal staff members nodded their heads to Regulus and took Barty to the ship where the rest of the assassins on people who cheer for what Regulus was doing the people cheered his name and Regulus would smile a lot awkwardly he was someone who didn't handle compliments quite well but he was happy that the crowd saw he was trying to change the town for the better.

The town decided to have a party for the battle that they had won and also to celebrate what Regulus has done for the town there was music and dancing also so many things everyone was having a wonderful time Marlene and Mary decided to have some fun with the rest of the town so many people wanted to talk to Marlene for a whole different reason people didn't see her as the gossip of the town she was still that but she was seen as a hero and captain of sorts in the town now and she was happy for that the party did on until night time James and Sirius were sending letters from their system they made at some point in the last couple of weeks or so and finally tried it out and so it worked and they happy and smiling a lot even though they were both still in pain it was fine when they had each other at most.

the next day came around Sirius and James was already near the ship to see if the ship was damaged or not when they saw there wasn't a lot of damage they saw Regulus coming over to them with Remus and Mary and the two boys were confused once they got off to them Regulus would look at Sirius in the eyes then spoke "Sirius Mary's dad is telling her to go back to her kingdom and the mermaids want Re-" Sirius cut Regulus right off "Remus can't even swim he should stay here with me and I don't think he doesn't even want to go back and Mary wants to stay here with Marlene! Regulus for once open up your eyes to what you want! I have always put myself first for everyone and never thought of what I wanted or my feelings and I feel like I should start doing what you think is the best option!" Regulus didn't really think of that but Mary would say "Regulus I have sent a letter to my father and he replied that he understands and he also has heard about the battle and thinks it's a good idea I stay here." Regulus would nod his head to Mary while saying nothing Remus would speak up "Also Sirius has a point I can't even use my human legs so they can't turn back to my fin Regulus you do need to understand that some things are more complicated." Regulus sighed a bit and nodded his head to Remus.
